Great convenient location for the weary travelers

We had a late check in and staff was friendly, and quick. The breakfast was hot and a had adequate options.

Love this hotel

I was on the corner room 112 on my main floor. It was very loud. Everytime the side building door opened I heard it. You hear everything outside too

IT WAS GOOD

This was a perfect hotel with everything that we needed. Started with friendly staff, all day complimentary coffee, a clean comfortable room, and a variety breakfast both days. Quiet location.

No hot water, bed was broken, blind fell off wall. Overall not great.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room is in need of some updates but was clean. Breakfast wasn’t that great only ate at it once during stay.

There were some banging pipes that woke us up early every morning but other than that it was a nice stay!

Pool area was good- hot tub very hot! Room spacious. Great breakfast.

It was an alright...tub had rust, shower curtain had hole in it, Knicks on the walls and most of furniture, an apple my grandson grabbed was very soft. Customer service could have been alot better, maybe the way I was dressed? Shorts and basic tshirt idk? Our last stay was phenomenal but not this round

Almost everything about this property is great. Location is very convenient, room is spacious and plenty of TV channels to choose from, and good internet speed. The only thing needs changing are the furniture. They're a bit outdated, but still works, so I can see that this is not a priority. Therefore, overall I give it a 5/5.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were a bit firm but ok. Only complaint would be the blinds don’t block out the light so in the morning our room was quite bright. Excellent variety of food for breakfast. Stayed 2 nights and went for breakfast at different times in the mornings. Had no problem getting a food selection of food at any time, even closer to the end of breakfast.

The beds were a little hard

Hotel is clean, staff are great too! Kids loved the pool and waterslide - also exceptionally clean. Nice to have breakfast included (yoghurt bar was a favourite). Will stay again.
