Location is ok, located in the middle of the tourist area, and few meters away form the market. The room was big and spacious, and the sheets are clean. AC is doing good, plus there's an electric fan too. Our room has a veranda and a bath tub and there's a small swimming pool but it was dirty. They aren't cleaning the pool, and the restrooms on the ground floor. Now let's talk about the service: it was a service! I emailed the hotel to notify them about our late check in, and they acknowledged it, but to our surprise, our room was given to other guests. They claim that our booking is not showing on their system/computer, plus they were claiming that their computer isn't working. They weren't able to provide us the room that we booked, not until on our second night of stay. Technically, we only used their room for less than 24hrs, but paid (in advance) for a 2-night stay. They failed to address our concern, the owner referred us back to travel agent, because according to him, he has nothing to do with the 1 night refund that we we're asking. Now, I will be emailing travel agent, and they should do something about it. Another negative point is, we booked for a room with free pick up but as expected, they failed to deliver. One week before our arrival, I emailed the hotel about this free pick up and the details about it, but after he acknowledged my first email, I got no reply about the free pick up question. Very bad service!
