Being a frequent returning guest, it indicates the rooms are adequate to my purposes, and being 20 meters from a major shopping mall is handy, with multiple small restaurants nearby. One small negative is the sound of a nightclub(s) traveling across a main road into a square where the hotel is. Although minimal, the "beat" is still there until 3 AM. The staff is helpful to relocate the room if it is a problem. Otherwise, it is a decent hotel and I'm happy to return next time.

Location is right by the city but the hotel room is got"funny smell"and you have to go on the back alley to find your room.

There is no source of water during I stay at the hotel on 07/03/2019. I need to wait approximately 12 hours from 4.00pm to 5.00am for the water to get back but the water pressure was very slow. The hotel management should inform early to the visitors if they want to do water maintenance and provide pail to each room so that the visitor can place the water during the maintenance.

nice room, simple & in good condition.

Good location. Grocery shop & atm nearby. 5 minutes walk distance to waterfront. The door only have 1 lock - the doorknob. People can open the door from outside which make me always in worry. On the last day, someone tried to open our door. They knocked on our door and made loud noise outside. The receptionist explained that the guests should not leave any stain on their sheet or we have to pay for it. It is a simple rule for any hotel, but I have never been told like that before. She make me have a bad impression on their kind gesture towards their guests. I booked for deluxe room with window. The room was not as spacious as in the picture. The window scenery is the shop building at the back of the hotel. No shower bath provided.

Teruk saya di paksa untuk byr katanya saya kotorkan cadar mereka oleh kerana terkena mascara tapi saya tak pakai maskara pun dan lokasi yang di katakan kotor saya tidak tidur d bahagian tersebut. Deposit saya d tolak rm30 tapi tak bagi resit. This is the first last stay hotel ini. Reception very slow dan malas tidak friendly langsung.

Ruang bilik yang sempit untuk berkeluarga. Pintu tandas tiada kunci dan terlalu hampir dengan katil. Parking tidak disediakan.

Bersih, cantik, terbaik. Lokasi sangat sangat terbaik

Awesome great spectacular place

Really bad and uncomfortable. I had pay for three night but just stay for one night then leave and also got a early check out before the actual date to check out.

Dirty please take care of the cleaning of the hotel especially the room toilet and carpet

Great stay. Great location. Comfortable. Everything is fine except the wifi too slow. For 1 nights stay it's worth the price. Check out proses is a bit waste of your time because you need to wait for they to check the room conditions before you left.
