Good location and amenities

Our room was well appointed with modern, comfortable furniture and so far, the most comfortable bed we’ve encountered in our three week stay in Australia. Sarah was immediately welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Taylor thoughtfully provided route guidance that helped us avoid road flooding as we headed north. Thank you both for your patient and sincere hospitality.

Rooms clean and well maintained. Good experience. Would come back for our overnight stays near the Strand.

Was really quick and easy to check in. One thing to note, let them know that if you need carparking, advise in booking as over Christmas, the limited parks disappear quickly, but they were able to accommodate with alternative arrangements quickly and easily.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Unseres war ohne Balkon. Im Fitnessraum war der Geruch sehr unangenehm (Chemie). Leider hat man uns trotz der Frage die Garage verheimlicht. Der Standort ist 👍 gut, den über der Straße beginden sich zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten.

駐車場が青空駐車で塀や扉も無く不安でしたが何も起きませんでした。その他は何の問題も無く快適です。

Check in was very quick and easy and very nice and comfortable rooms

Air-conditioner settings couldn't be changed to cold only. When temperature outside dropped under 19 degrees the heaters kicked in and it was so hot we couldnt sleep

We had a fantastic experience staying at Quest Townsville on Eyre. From the moment we arrived, Julian's service stood out — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made us feel so welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Our accommodation was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home. We highly recommend Quest Townsville on Eyre to everyone. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our 2 bedroom apartment was a bit tired/ had a few issues such as: ensuite shower recess leaks water onto bathroom floor. Clothes dryer unserviceable. Rooms were well appointed with everything you need, but are a little tired and could do with a refresh. Eg, older carpets with stain. When checking in at 2:30pm, we were advised that the advertised on-site parking was already full and that we would have to park on the street. I made the issues known to reception who hopefully took note so the issues could be addressed. An offer of a free night to try the hotel again on another stay, or a discount would have been appreciated due to the issues encountered. At nearly $500 for the 1 night, we didn’t find good value in this hotel. We will likely try another hotel for our next Townsville stay.

Comfy beds, handy location to shops, restaurants, takeaways and bars, friendly staff, easy parking.

Great spot tucked away from the noise and bustle of the Strand. Staff friendly and rooms were spacious to accommodate a group of 5/6 adults.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, lovely pool. The carpet is getting a bit worn with marks so will need replacing at some point.

Wifi was available however due to the hotels close proximity to castle hill it didn’t work most of the time. A booster is required. Phone calls can be made if your phone is on speakerphone and held against the window.
