They asked me "how's your trip?" When I just walk into for checking, all the staff they are smiling always and kind to solve any problem. It's a good place if u wanna have a relax vacation!

This hotel is near to the Florence SMN train station, with a taxi ride of around 10 min, and it is within walking distance to the duomo and Accadema. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel, with a cozy lobby and breakfast room and a small courtyard outside the breakfast room. And it also contains a spa which u can enjoy swimming, doing gym or doing sauna or Turkish bath. The staff is polite and the room is clean and the bed is reli comfortable to sleep on. Definitely with stay there if go to Florence again.

A very nice hotel with good location and environment ! Very nice staff and everyday afternoon tea and snack, all free! Short distance to every sightseeing places and I'll choice it while next visiting Firenze - a lovely place worth seeing!!!

Perfection. A special place. Away from the noise but close enough to walk into the city and around. So clean. So friendly. Beautiful

The pool was perfect for the heat. The gym was small.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us. This hotel was perfect for our 4 nights exploring the delights of Florence. Well positioned for all the major sights and close to so many restaurants and bars that we were spoiled for choice. Nice and close to the train station for transfers to the airport. It is walkable, but as it was very hot and humid, we did taxi to the train station when we left on travel home day. Hotel reception ordered this for us and the taxi was there in less than 5 minutes - perfect! Hotel room was well equipped, the bed comfortable and we had every bathroom amenity we possibly could’ve needed. We did ask for a fan for the room in addition to the A/C as it was very hot during our stay and we prefer a cool room when we sleep. Again, this was no problem and was with us very quickly and made the difference. The spa and pool area, although small was very welcome when we returned after our sightseeing. You do need to book a slot for this with reception, but it was a lovely bit of downtime you don’t often get in a city hotel. We had breakfast daily, which was lovely and set us up nicely for the day. Plenty of choice and tasty too. We did have cocktails and dinner at the restaurant which again, were great. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning there when we visit again.

Wow! Loved this place. Staff was so helpful, breakfast buffet was out of this world, dinners were really nice, and room (suite) was really comfortable. The garden area is pretty and quiet (except for the dulcet sound of the bells from the Duomo. Dolce vita!). The pool is small, but we weren’t there to swim, and pools are hard to find period in Europe. Close to all of the sites (walking distance). Didn’t try the spa, but that probably adds to the experience. Yeah, I’d go back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful property. From the spacious rooms to the stunning courtyard and not to mention the relaxing spa/pool facilities. Its proximity to a lot of sights and restaurants was really good. And of course the staff were so very helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Camillia for all her care and service to our group. Love, love, love this little sanctuary. Out of our three hotels we stayed at, this was our most favourite. Would not hesitate to come back for future Florence trips! Thank you! 🙏
