Modern and clean hotel with good amenities. Close to Metro station

The lady who helped me to change my room was very friendly

Overall was good, except the air condition, even though I set the temperature to 17C, the room temperature still 22C, after shower, the temperature in the room will go to 24C!

Stylisches Hotel, ziemlich zentral gelegen, sichere und saubere Umgebung, freundliches und hilfsbereites FrontDesk-Personal. Das Hotel wird auch von größere Reisegruppen, Hochzeitsgesellschaften und Cabin Crews gebucht ... entsprechend kann es laut werden auf den Fluren (wenn Gruppen mehrere Zimmr auf einem Stockwerk haben und zwischen den Zimmern auch nachts hin- und her switchen) und Gedränge bzw. Lautstärke im ohnehin schon unterdimensionierten Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstücksangebot könnte besser sein, das Personal ist etwas überfordert, der HighEnd-Kaffeeautomat von Nespresso erklärungsbedürftig (mit entsprechenden Warteschlagen). Eine glatte Fehlkonstruktion sind die Zimmertüren - extrem schwer und dadurch unmöglich geräuscharm zu schließen, liegen sie für jeweils 2 Zimmer direkt nebeneinander, so dass man bei jedem Öffnen- bzw. Schließen der Tür am Nebenzimmer senkrecht im Bett steht (auch nachts). Ein weiteres Problem ist die nicht abzustellende Klimaanlage, die einen ständigen Luftstrom produziert - sehr unangenehm, nachts zu kühl und extreme Lufttrockenheit. Angeblich ist sie über eine App am Fernseher individuell steuerbar, aber wir haben 24,5 Grad eingestellt und nachts bei unter 20 Grad gefroren. Meiden Sie Zimmer im letzten (9.) Stock - großartige Aussicht, aber im gleichen Stockwerk sind Pool und Gym untergebracht - beide auch nachts geöffnet und von manchen Gästen lautstark benutzt!!

Nice hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Room was a little bit worn down, the door was crocked and the handle loose but everything else was fine!

Very nice ambient, close to metro, found it to be pleasant albeit it was very tight for 2 people space wise, it didn’t offer much privacy when using the toilet/shower I found some left over toothpaste from the previous occupant/s, throughout my stay, it was never removed from where I found it (in the open shelves) yet it was evidently rubbish.

A perfect 4 day stay with convenience, relaxation and brilliantly clean!

Toilet smelled like sewage but I believe this is the sewage system here . Everything else was great including breakfast

So its a high tech room. Everything is controlled by a remote or touch. No privacy in terms of an enclosed bathroom behind a door in a separate room. There are literally glass tubes one for shower one for toilet. Mattress needs to be changed it sinks in

We really enjoyed our stay overall. the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the AC in our first room wasn’t working, and when we were moved to another room, we ran into the same issue. The temperature stayed around 78 degrees, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially at night. That said, everything else about the stay was great, and we’d love to come back…hopefully next time with fully working AC!
