Just wondering if this hotel will wash the blankets and sheets provided after being worn by previous travellers? Deposit is refundable but just because of the defect on the beds, they deduct rm10. And I asked why got deduction- for the wash up purpose. OK, I don't care about the money, but my concern was- what if there 's no defect at all, maybe they will not wash it up right? 😏😒 # staysafe # covid19.

Indah khabar dari rupa, hotel mau minuman keras.

Bilik terlalu kecil untuk keluarga

Bau hapak, kotor, dan menakutkan, tandas teruk. Tolong jangan promosi kalau tidak berbaloi.

Harga tidak berpatutan. Suasana yang kotor. Kemudahan kurang.

servis simpan bag tak memuaskan hati pelanggan dan staff dan bos tak bagus servis..

Sebab tv lama, penyangkut baju dan almari tiada bilik agak usang, ruang solat tidak.

The big boss is not friendly and the room is not clean, not suitable with price. Aristo hotel more better than HBI

Although the room was quite old, but the room is nice. The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is nice, near to centerpoint and downstairs have restaurant that open 24 hours!

Sangat kotor dan bilik tidak selesa.

Not suitable for lady who travel for business alone.

Furnitures very bad condition. The bed caved in when sleeping. Bed cover stained. Air-con and TV,no remote. Room very bad shape

Katil rosak, TV rosak, layanan kurang memuaskan.

Waste my time looking for the hotel. It is not near to the jesselton point but at the kampung air. The owner was very rude!!! Scolding me like im the one at the wrong side!!
