位置偏僻但如果是度假的定位是可以接受的 這間飯店裝潢很有風格 房間舒適度應可以很高 但因清潔沒做好（前一晚有慶祝婚禮 我們的房間有一間有很重的狗臭味 另一間則是衛浴有臭味） 我個人覺得滿意 但住不同房間的同行友人卻覺得清潔沒做好而留下壞印象

My husband booked a room in the house for our stay, as I was going to see Take That in Coventry. Google maps takes you to the property using the postcode (our car's sat nav didn't). In the house, there are 10 rooms all with their own shower room. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The floor was very creaky and uneven and overall not horizontal, although it didn't really bother us. The shower doors were ok when they were shut, but one wasn't held in the lower track and needed attention. The shower itself was great and easily controllable. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar. They even had decaf. The same key worked the front door and our room. The front door lock was tricky and probably needs minor attention. The restaurant was great, and full of quirky decor. They were very busy and we did have to wait quite a while for our breakfast, but we were not in a rush. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. I would definitely recommend Heart Hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate in returning! The hotel has been on "the Hotel Inspector ", series 20, episode 8....to give you a chance to view it before you book

Wow what a hidden Gem, quirky but brilliant. We will definitely be returning! The staff were amazing, so accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was delicious! Just wished we had more time to enjoy the place more!

Poor restaurant food - no one to speak too when noisy site campers stayed up late.

Amazing two night stay. The David Pod was excellent beautiful views astonishing. Breakfast was fantastic,staff so happy and friendly. Loved every minute perfect stay and weather was great. Will be booking again it’s our 6 stay there and we can’t fault it.

Very quirky but good value…

Staff were good. The site is very nice. Good breakfast. Shower all good in the log cabin we stayed in. Good quiet location. We liked our stay and recommed. As mentioned to staff cleaning just needs to be improved a bit.....our main issue was the shaving hair all around under bathroom mirror.

I've stayed here over 20 times now, always good staff are always friendly and food is good. Set in the middle of the country side makes it brilliant for works stays or for families. Will be back again.

Peaceful area, very clean pod and ample parking

Lovely house and very clean with wonderful themed rooms. Whole venue was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Great restaurant, lovely staff and simple and easy

Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!

240v cables without connector is freely roaming under the bed. Smoke from fan under sink. Crack sink, rotten stairs to the Shepard wagon, no path from carpark and charged for drinks that were included in the food vouchers. And the mattress wad disgusting with springs poking through. I’ll never go back.

Stayed in a shepherd hut. En-suite and warm. Definitely better than the pod

Clean room apart from bathroom mat had not been changed and was dirty. Good parking, friendly staff. We stayed in room 6 and the family in room 9 came back at 11.30pm having a loud and shouty argument which sounded like they were in our room which woke us and lasted for about 25 minutes and then their toddler screamed and screamed constantly for over 2 hours and you could still hear the parents shouting at each other and swearing, finally got to sleep around 2.30am when room 9 went quiet, ruined our stay.

Room was very clean and welcoming. Both nights unable to adjust heating and first night was very hot and second night too cold. Second night and following morning there was no hot water so unable to shower. Would have been 5stars but hot water is essential.

Room was spotless Staff were great

Shephards hut was warm and spacious enough for 2. Poor fitting door, handle fell off. Marks on the bedding, no covering over the door window, leaving you a bit exposed. Would benefit from frosted covering. No sweeteners available in the drink provisions. Good selection of sample toiletries. Staff welcoming and friendly. Okay to rest your head after a night on the pop!

The log cabin was perfect except for 3 things. Being November the heating could have been switched on before our arrival to take the chill off the room. And instructions for how to set it up would have been nice so we didnt have to google the manufactures website to set it up for our stay. Also clear instructions on the way to get the best from the shower would be helpful. The room was clean and adequate for what we required. The staff were friendly and extremely courteous and bent over backwards to be helpful at all times. Food in the restaurant was excellent for both our evening meal and breakfast the following day. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy in the evening service was still excellent our whole stay was 5star
