Had a very traditional feel to the hotel. Very close to the bustling high street. Not far from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. My only gripe was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I feel this is a basic touch but a necessity. So if you're planning to stay here then definitely take a bar of soap with you or buy one from the shop round the corner.

Clean, close to airport, nice Bar & restaurant, friendly staff. Only bad thing was that i received an email asking me to confirm my booking just before leaving for the airport otherwise my booking would be cancelled.Had i not been checking flight departures on the internet i wouldn't have seen it and presumably would have lost my booking. I would suggest to the hotel that they don't do that. I've not had that with any other hotel booked on Expedia and there has been plenty of them.

The service is good very helpful always there when needed the hotel location is great with lots of shops and only a few mins drive to attractions all in all happy with everything

I enjoyed this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, near to both the central train station and the main shopping street Mohammed V, and to the Hivernage area. The walk from the hotel to the medina is straight forward and not too far either. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, and made us feel welcome. The rooftop terrace is great, with a swimming pool and a hotel bar; not to mention the view! In terms of the style and the look of the hotel, I found the interior way too dark for my taste. If they are to renovate I'd keep this in mind, because the size of the rooms and everything else is great, it's just a bit too sombre, and not very fashionable.

Staff nice and helpful, hotel lacked maintenance and upkeep. 30 min walk to medina. Licensed. Parking on street covered by cameras and security guard.

Bad experience and I didn't sleep comfortably because The AC not working well and lot of noises of t cars from the Street because you can't close the widows. OverAll just wasting my time in that hotel.

Booked this hotel for the location, away from the centre of Marrakesh, and the fact it had a rooftop poo. The room was authentic looking women th no air can unfortunately. The area is near to shops and many local restaurants which were really good to be fair. Service at the bar in the rooftop pool was hot and miss.... sometimes there was someone there, other times not. Having said that it was a great space to,relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The hotel is easily accessible and good value for money. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was pretty nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful, they didn't have the highest levels of English but we managed with that and the stay went well. It had a good central location and it was pleasant overall. They even kept the rooftop pool open after hours for us. All in all it was a nice hotel. I'd recommend it.

Beautiful roof top terrace with pool and view overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Bar is up there too. Breakfast was ok, but it was free with the room, it was replenished and tasty. The staff spoke little to no English, apart from the man on reception, who was great. You can easily get by, after all I wasn't in England so don't be surprised. The room was massive, we had a corner view looking over the plaza next to the road, but it wasn't that loud at all. Lovely hotel, surprised it's only a 3*. Would definitely go back.

Hotel was noisy. The lights in the hallway are shut off and motion activated. They worked poorly and I found myself feeling for a wall or stumbling down the stairs.

Close to main attractions, but hotel itself has seen better days. Pictures on website not indicative of what you are offered for room selection. Manager not really interested in anything but the payment. Hotel rooms are large but they have no fridge, kettle, iron, hair dryer, etc. Very noisy from street traffic and other guests who speak loudly in hallways and slam doors at all hours. Front desk could not even give me change for a 100 dirham note, nor ask how was our stay. No help in directions, suggestions on things to see, nothing! I would never stay here again, nor would I suggest anyone to do so. Not a nice place to spend the night on vacation in such a wonderful place as Marrakesh.

Hotel is in great location, new part of town and close to train station. It was clean and the reception is adequate. Breakfast is delicious. Rate is awesome, no need to spend more elsewhere. Marrakesh is a French city, expect the service to be French style.

Why is it called fashion hotel? Nothing fashionable about it. On a main road, location is fine. Room was adequate albeit dated and noisy, small hotel they keep the tv remote and keys behind the reception in case you have the urge to steal the $50 tv. Staff bit clueless at check in. Only stayed a few hours to get some sleep and have a shower before my flight, room was too noisy and no hot water.

I had spent a night in a traditional riyad but desired more of a conventional hotel experience (elevator,etc). This hotel suited our needs quite well, the swimming pool on the roof was a big plus (especially with the kids) and the location is excellent; near the rail station to casablanca/fes/rabat, near the new city plaza/malls/shopping, even good restaurants next door. a 5 minute taxi ride to the old city for the touristy stuff which should cost maybe 30DH. I received breakfast which was also decent enough and the staff was generally helpful.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool view was nice. A bit noisy as its in "the city" but overall a great experience.

Hotel tres propre avec une equipe professionnelle irreprochable. La terrasse avec piscine est au top... Tres bien situe geographiquement. Par contre je verrai bien un double vitrage pour attenuer le bruit du grand boulevard. Beaucoup de circulation....

La struttura è molto vecchia. Necessita di un restauro al più presto. Puzza di fogna per tutto l'hotel che viene coperto da profumi sparati in ogni piano.

Accueil Chaleureux. Services complets et très agréables. Position géographique idéale donnant accès à l’ensemble des sites à visiter de Marrakech. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, juste la literie un peu dure.Une prestation d’excellent rapport qualité prix.
