No complaints; probably the best choice in Lakeview. The room we were in had recently been painted and touched up. Our checkin was efficient and prompt. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room cooled down efficiently. Property is quiet. Parking with a long vehicle or truck is a bit tricky in the parking lot but side street parking is an option. Would have liked to have a full window blackout curtain option. Fuel, coffee and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive radius. Breakfast option had some takeaway fruits and muffins, easy for early morning grab and go. Staff seemed friendly and hardworking. If in the area we’d likely stay again.

Everything went great. Very nice room. The front desk person was wonderful.

I've stayed here many times while visiting family in this rural area over the years. Always easy check-in and check-out. Very clean, spacious rooms and beds are quite comfortable. Only issue is parking, less spaces than rooms so if you are not back to the hotel before dark, you will be struggling to find a parking space out on the street.

Clean room, fixtures and furnishings not too dated. The breakfast was better than average for lodgings in this price point.

Was centrally located

Arrived after a six hour motorcycle ride. The jacuzzi was just what the Doctor ordered.

Advertised check in at 12PM according to expedia, we arrived as 1:57PM to check in and the agent was rather rude, Informed me check in was 3 PM as if I was a child, that I should have called ahead, and turned us away. She did not want to hear anything I had to say. Evening staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Advertised with a pool nothing saying it is out of commission only reserved that room so we could take our kids swimming

Check in was less than stellar, very unprofessional. Rooms need updating, bed was uncomfortable.

Poor receptionist behavior. Was not delighted by her actions during check in procedure.

Terrible service. Lady was very rude.

Staff were not friendly and took forever to check in. Cleanliness was poor and there was a strong smoke smell.

Had to do a late check-in due to travel weather and the staff was efficient with a quick check in and so nice!! We were exhausted and appreciated the Hot shower and comfortable bed!
