我预订了“儿童免费入住”的房间，但当我发现需要额外支付毛巾费用时，我感到很惊讶。所以这个条款根本就不成立。酒店应该升级/翻新家具。不过我仍然很高兴，因为它离我的主要目的地很近。

房间宽敞，床很舒适，提供免费瓶装水。房内配有熨斗和熨衣板。

房间里有老鼠，阳台上有香烟味，但食物还可以，只是自助餐下没有蜡烛来取暖。

适合短途旅行...可轻松前往购物中心和医院。

说实话，我低估了这个地方。入住后，我发现它刚刚翻新过，看起来非常舒适。早餐……太棒了！！！

体育运动丰富，环境安静。

房间里没有 Wi-Fi，也没有电话（电话在外面的走廊上）。我们不得不用手机给前台打电话。他们说会修好 Wi-Fi，然后我等了 3 天，却连 Wi-Fi 都没有。房间不仅脏，床头灯也没有。没有提供瓶装水，客人不得不去走廊从饮水机取水。房间距离主接待区很远，远离餐厅，所以要当心可能会饿死。

Always best choice when I have business trip here.

For a woman on the go like me this is good. Quiet and peaceful. Services were good.

Horrible, requested a room with queen bed but was given twin bed. No hair dryer & toothpaste and had to request? There wasn't even any hot water for the shower? The breakfast spread was so basic, plain and boring! Not recommended. 2/10

The room is comfortable and big.

Chose the renovated room but there were water stains and the room had a weird smell. Key cards didn't work on the first day so we had to call the reception every time we had to enter the room. Slow serving during breakfast although there were no others there but the food arrived cold and the toasts hard. No choices given for breakfast as it was puasa so it was just cold mee goreng, hard toasts served with melted butter and fruits. Staff were friendly but other than that, very disappointing.

The room was so smelling. Old design. Dirty toilet. Sorry 😔.
