Hotel fatiscente, per nulla come le foto.

What an absolute nightmare dealing with the owner of this hotel. In all my years coming to Italy, I have never experienced anything like this hotel and this level of customer service. The room was 25 C and she insisted that it was working, whilst sweating with our two daughter who are the age of 6 & 8. We did not stay at this hotel. We disputed the charge as she refused to refund us until she had another occupant for the room. Do yourself a favor and stay at other hotels! The Tirreno hotel in Massa was gorgeous and had incredible rooms and service.

not all staff spoke English, beds weren't comfortable. No off street parking.

Personale carino e accogliente, camere nella norma bagno nuovo appena ristrutturato.. Condizionatore estremamente rumoroso impossibile da tenere acceso.. Da fare controllare o sostituire

Mooie, nette kamer!

Confermo tutte le recensioni negative presenti nei vari siti di prenotazione, che credevo eccessive. Dalla mia esperienza nel settore turistico basterebbe un’ispezione HSQ per togliere almeno 2 stelle a questa struttura. La professionalità non si improvvisa.

Wir bekamen ein zimmer mit Balkon, am nächsten Tag haben wir für eine Nacht verlängert über Hotel.com. wurden streng darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das wir eine verlängerung direkt mit dem Hotel klären müssen, und das zimmer sei mit balkon schon reserviert, auf meone frage ein zimmerwechsel vorzunehmen, meinte die dame das gehe nicht, nur ein aufpreis von 20 euro für das zimmer mit balkon. Also bezahlte ich die 20 euro. Am abreisetag stand plötzlich eine Dame mit einem neuen gast im zimmer und trängte uns sofort das zimmer zu verlassen, alle 3min. kam die Dame ins Zimmer gestürmt und stresste uns jetzt sofort zu gehen. Wir waren am packen doch mit drei leuten geht das nicht innert 10 min. Laut Hotel.com war c/o um 1pm und nicht um 10.00 uhr

Hotellin vieressä oli rakennustyömaa, joka peittää vähäisenkin näköalan useimmista huoneista. Esittelykuvia ei ole lainkaan niistä huoneista, joita suurin osa kahden hengen huoneista on. Ilmastointi oli erittäin äänekäs ja yöunet jäivät tosi vähiin.
