Absolutely love this hotel, incredible staff

En general el hotel es bueno, limpio, ofrece un rico desayuno, está bien ubicado. Pero no entiendo como le ponen a las almohadas unos forros de cuerda, eso es super duro y muy incómodo para dormir. Las almohadas deben ser sua es para poder descansar.

Always nice and clean

Al salir me estan cobrando impuestos adicionales, que incrementan el alquiler enormemente, la tarifa sale por el costo de un hotel muy superior, y es un valor supremamente alto para el lugar. La aplicación no fue clara con la tarifa o el hotel hizo un cobro indebido.

Not a family friendly hotel.

I stayed there for 6 days and everyone was friendly and helpful even though I had to communicate with an english/spanish app. The breakfasts were pretty good. The spaghetti for dinner was great. I would definitely stay there again. You can't go wrong. Just let the shower run about 5 minutes to get hot. And take the plastic covers off the pillows. HA!

There is plenty of shopping places around the area. You will find everything you need for your stay as well as souvenirs.

What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!
