位置ok，離市中心及機場不太遠，適合夜機過一晚夜，附近有餐廳超市，但因晚上9時先到達酒店，超市及大部份餐廳已關，車輛可免費停泊，我住的是雙人大床房，有露台，空間足夠，但設施老舊，房內東西很多塵埃，不太整潔，沒有拖鞋及牙刷牙膏! 價錢尚可! 如入住一晚都會推薦!

網頁上寫有浴缸所以我們訂了到了房間發現沒有跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯說要我們自己打電話去跟hotels.com等訂購網站反應是網站的問題跟飯店無關她無法給予任何幫助，爛透了，浴室都是灰塵，冰箱一打開很多小蟑螂，真的是很恐怖的地方。。。We got hotel as we wanted a combination bathroom with bath and shower, the lady at counter didn't bother to help she said some rooms have some don't but on website it says that is what we are paying for, and don't have hairdryer, the lady told us to call website we booked room from to change room as she said she didn't have anything to do with room. Cockroaches were in fridge.

Room clean and welcoming. Crockery and glassware very clean and everything well stocked .

Had a great stay at the Civic Hotel and a great dinner in the pub.

Great shower with lots of pressure, comfortable bed and spacious room. Dated but comfortable. Plenty of parking out the back.

Great location lovely staff and value for money

The room was ok the shower was disgusting the aircon didn't work no spoons to make a drink. Staff were polite and informative and just needed alot of maintenance. Will not stay again.

Room was comfortable, and well appointed. From the outside looked a tad run down. But it delivered what was necessary. Loads of parking at the rear, and loads of amenities surround the facility, Coles, Chemist, restaurants. Public transport at your door. Hard to go past this location. Really good !!

The only fly in the ointment was been woken up to the sound of a leaf blower operated by a man at the Vietnamese cafe opposite. Just after 6am - well before 7am. Hope its not a regular occurence.

It's a nice pub, rooms are decent

Was a lovely room and great pub

Friendly staff and a nice clean room. It was nice to arrive and find the room cool as they had put the AC on. Also had a nice meal down stairs.

Comfy bed. Bring your ear plugs due to the busy road and pub noise.

Clean room pleasant staff a good feed in the pub.

More care is needed in maintenance and cleaning

The room and bed were clean. Minor damage to shower tiles, but it was a good shower. Stains in the bathroom sink which wasn't a big deal for us. Air conditioner and fan worked really well as it was a really hot day. We didn't use the balcony as we headed out for the night. Fridge and complimentary biscuits, coffee, tea and cereal for Brekky was a nice idea. Didn't use the TV or wardrobe. Had a lovely old school vibe even with a creaky floor. Felt safe and check in was easy at the bar, and no parking fees.

Room was way better than expected - loved my stay here!

Room was inpoor condition,good supply of cereals,tea&coffee,but no cups plates or cutlery.tap in the shower was running constantly. Happy with the staff.

The stay wasn’t ideal. I’ve noticed that the standard of cleanliness is very low. Both stays, the showers have not been cleaned. Last week the toliet in room 2 smelt of urine. Rubbish out on the balcony from those that stayed the night before. And the room wasn’t ready at 2pm, had us wait 25 minutes at the bar. No apologies. And not to mention the leak with the aircon, unable to sleep due to the noise. I wouldn’t pay to stay in room 5. It’s not worth the price tag. The amount of bags piling up in the entrance way and the smells that come from the stairwell are disgusting.
