The room is quite spacious and designed well, grounds kept tidy.

The cleanliness of the property was amazing. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Toilet is clean. Facilities can be better. For the rate that they charge I feel that there are others which can offer better amenities and facilities. The motel is really basic.

The Motel was very clean and it was very quiet. Central to town and Manfield. Staff friendly and efficient.

Very dated unit but priced accordingly. Quite noisy as could plainly hear people in the adjoining unit. Our bed was comfortable....

Friendly welcome when I arrived. And they let my cat stay ( she was due at Feilding hospital the next morning).

Hosts are very nice. Very good location, town centre is within walking distance. I did have a good rest.

I had booked for 2 adults not 5. Found it difficult to make adjustment on wotif page.

Great friendly welcome, great room, yes a bit dated, but hey, the comfort well compensated for this; great and warm bed, beautifully clean room, and great facilities like a kitchenette, table and chairs to sit at, and beaut hot shower. Will be back for sure! Thanks guys.

The unit I had served my needs admirably, it was warm, quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very informative and personable and the cooked breakfast was served hot and was delicious
