Nice place. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Helpful staff

Really great little Motor Inn. We had an issue with some water leaking on the floor in our room, but we let the staff know immediately so it was on their radar, and they were super apologetic and accomodating. Everything else was great; very clean bathroom, full size fridge, and nice clean sheets/bedding. Noise transfer between the rooms was barely noticeable - so pretty quiet as well. Would stay here again if I needed to come to Hervey Bay again.

Room comfortable with everything we needed thank you

We were early and the staff seen us and greeted us promptly and were extremely welcoming, the grounds were emaculate. The room it self was very large and again emaculate, the only thing i had a issue with was finding the fan switch, but when i laid down in bed found it behind the bed side lamp 😂

I was in room 5 room 6was very noisy that is the only complaint I have

Rooms are what they are, the bed was too hard for me, but each to his own. The pool area is lovely, value for money.

Dead Insect in spider web in ceiling. Old soap left behind. But bed was comfortable.

The Motel was extremely peaceful, the pool was to die for and I went a bought bathers to go for a swim. I haven’t been in a pool for over 10yrs. The owner and manager were extremely friendly and welcoming. I loved my stay at this location. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing the place once all the renovations are complete.

Average for motel stays, however the bed mattress was uneven, and uncomfortable, causing lower back pain. Making matters worse, the bed was infested by bed bugs, which inflicted around 20-25 itchy, blistered bites around the lower back area the day after departure that created discomfort for around another 10 days. Since a spare pillow was used to compensate and support the lower back on the uneven mattress, it is not clear whether the source of the infestation was in the bed/mattress itself, or in the pillow that was used to avoid lower back discomfort on the second night of the two day stay. Perhaps both. So, room hygiene was a problem with this venue.

Finally a budget place getting it "right"! Even at a level 5-star hotels do not! We mean everything: shower, WC paper, pool area, room, beds you name it. We will be back many times to this superb motel in cute great Hervey Bay.
