Great resort right next to the beach and clise to shops and other attractions

Great accommodation, great service, great location, and for anyone with a 4WD it’s got great secure parking! Beach is a stroll over the road. Short walk up the hill to the pub. Best place to stay in Yamba. Rooms for a family are just awesome, so much room and everything you could need!

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony that faced the ocean across the road. Although we were on the ground floor and couldn't see the ocean due to the trees, we could still hear the waves and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. The two pools were fantastic, featuring a shallow area for the little ones. The resort also boasted great barbecue areas and fantastic tennis courts. If you decided to leave the resort, the beach, golf and bowling clubs, and the main street were all within an easy walk.

Spacious apartment overlooking the beach. Spa bath is amazing. Location couldn’t be better, basically across the road from the beach access. Pippi beach is beautiful and dog friendly. It’s a really fun for playing on the sand and hunting sea creatures, there’s also a rockpool nearby. We didn’t swim as the water is still very cold. We also really liked the feet wash station on the side of the apartment block to make sure we don’t go inside with sandy feet.

Lovely apartments and beautiful beach view opposite Pippi Beach. Pool towells ready for us in the room, well equiped kitchen and comfortable bedding. Be aware there are only stairs available to access rooms so no good for the elderly and unfit!

Undercover parking convenient. Easy access to amenities.The unit was perfect for our golf group. The unit was mostly clean and tidy. The bathrooms were clean but the grouting needs a good scrub with mould killer or grouting replaced. The drain in the 2nd bathroom was not draining properly. There was a broken glass in the pantry. We would still recommend The Sands for our trip next year.

Very spacious, clean apartment, perfect for families, with the resort having 2 pools and a spa for the kids. Location was excellent right by the ocean and a short walk to the town centre. My only feedback, was it would be nice to see some basic condiments in the apartment such as oil or salt/pepper - but really my only comment

Amazing view from our deck. Quiet area within walking distance to everything. Lovely well maintained property with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
