干净舒适，靠近市中心。早餐还行，但景色令人叹为观止。酒店员工热情周到，尤其是玛丽亚，她帮我们预订了行程、购买了门票，还安排了返回河内的交通。我们一定会再来的，强烈推荐这家酒店。

员工友好，服务周到。有干湿蒸房，非常棒。缺点是房间隔音不太好。

四晚三天的体验非常棒，房间干净，交通便利，价格合理。员工友好。缺点是酒店的洗衣服务太贵了。洗了4-5件衣服，花了480英镑。我忘了先问价格，看到账单时吓了一跳。 其他都还好

我的房间被锁了两次，酒店很热情，餐厅景色不错，房间很干净，洗澡和按摩服务都很好。

没有什么可抱怨的，热情的工作人员，舒适的房间，相当不错的食物，步行即可到达太阳广场，石教堂广场也很近。

Ks sạch sẽ,nvien nhiệt tình,view đẹp.Mình đến đúng hôm đc nâng hạng phòng nên rất hài lòng với bên ks.Chăm sóc khách hàng rất chu đáo.Sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè đến đây nếu đi sapa☺️

De Sapa Hotel service is very good especially for the customer service who offer us to help purchase transportation ticket to go to Fansipan. Also when a luggage of my friend left in hotel, they contacted us so we could picked up the luggage. This very good service also more complete when we checked out from hotel, each room was given a memento from hotel. Thank you for the receptionist and marketting De Sapa.

Everything was outstanding. I booked a trekking tour and then after that we had reserved a room in the hotel, the smell of cinnamon is very nice, the room is amazing but the thing I felt incredible is the massage service super relaxing after a long trekking trip.

我们只在这里住了一晚。我们早上五点到达酒店。我们被允许在入住前休息并存放行李。当我们入住时，我们的房间被升级了，所以我们有了浴缸和阳台。我们喜欢齐全的房间设施，尤其是迎宾小吃，非常甜的橙子。晚上我们还享受了游泳和桑拿。所有服务人员都非常友善。我们甚至被护送回出口，并收到礼物，包括橙子、零食和饮用水。

Terima kasih utk pelayanannya. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah & membantu saya utk order taxi saat check out. Saya jg diberikan goodie bag yg berisi sunkist, biskuit & air mineral saat check out. Kamar saya jg diupgrade shg ada balkon dgn view gunung (sayangnya saat itu berkabut), dapat free spa jg. Pho saat sarapan sangat enak. Lokasi strategis dekat dgn sapa station. Semoga makin sukses Hotel De Sapa.

Great, really surprised, such a beautiful hotel, very new furniture, spacious rooms and public service.

The hotel was great. Maybe they can improve the water heater cause it takes time to heat the water. And the water flow from the shower was quite low.

Great location and facilities. Food selection should be more varied
