Convenient location to stay

The room is impressive! I am happily surprised by the SPA bath. The room is spacious. There are a lot of windows which gives open views! I particularly like the well-equipped kitchen. I bought spaghetti and beef and cooked for ourselves. It was so enjoyable! The location is convenient for visiting Te Mata Peak and Cape Kidnappers but still needs around 20 mins drive. Parking spaces are not quite enough during the peak seasons, like my stay during Christmas.

Large, comfortable room with jetted tub and separate shower. The hotel provided access to a gym across the parking lot with exercise equipment, pool, and sauna.

Spacious room with huge jacuzzi to relax in. I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi connection was hopeless, and the power shorted out after 10pm because of a faulty hair. Dryer, it nearly caught fire.

We had a great stay: room was nice & dark. Lots of space. Very clean & easy to get around Hastings town. Perfect for our short overnight stay.

He first time we stayed. Property was very clean. The 2nd time we stayed the fridge was leaking had to turn dial down on fridge. I clean the property myself just to make sure it was up to my standards. Im very ocd. I sleep on top of the blankets i bring my own pillows.sheets.blankets. Not a bad place just needs a proper clean. Fridge was clean but were the ice tray goes had hair in it. N wasnt cleaned properly. Like i said i clean it when i arrive when going away from home.

Abit too noisy from the road traffic

Large rooms, clean at first but by the end of our stay the cleaners gave up. We had to fight to get toilet paper, given 1/2 a roll at a time for 4 adults. Ended up buying our own. Very noisy surroundings with sirens all night. Unsavoury characters frequenting the petrol station across the road.

Super luxurious with the spa in the room. We enjoyed it so much. GREAT rooms!

I would never stay there again. The service was terrible and i was accused of things i hadnt done. Would highly recommend NOT staying at Cumberland Cout Motel.
