Nice quiet location. Stayed in the Riverview room which is nice and private with it's own little patio overlooking the river. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. In all a pleasant stay.

Room smelt very strongly of deodoriser. Everything clean though.

Set well back off the street so quiet and peaceful. Good sized room with separate toilet and bathroom. Very clean with plenty of cutlery, kettle, hair dryer etc. Not far from centre of town. Very large parking area.

Very clean. Quiet area just on outskirt of town. Convenient location. Separate toilet. no Foxtel as advertised, info needs updating. Pool is out the front , good, small, probably great with kids to have a play/cool down:)

Good location on river. Quiet, clean and comfortable. They unrenovated bathroom with visible concrete repair in tiles floor let it down a bit.

Bathroom door wouldn't fully close. Swimming pool covered in mozzies, needs some maintenance and pest control.

Comfortable beds for an overnight stay, neighbours were respectfully quiet, shower was good, place was pretty clean, tight space for a family but worked well for one night.

Staff and room in general was clean and tidy. Couple of the utensils were dirty. Channels were limited. Pool was clean and beautiful, but had no chairs or table to sit at. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if needed would definately stay again.

Very pretty spot right on the river and a short walk into town. Quiet, comfy bed, hot shower plus microwave all plates and utensils. Will be back next time we’re in Kempsey.

Very pleasant hosts, clean comfortable room, nice outlook beside the river and all the amenities we needed.

We were warmly welcomed by reception. Our upgraded room was at the back with a balcony, and overlooked the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and sofa. Would not hesitate to stay again.
