this is nearly the best hotel we stayed in Australia. However, the address is provided is a bit hard for guests to locate them.

房間舒適。但網路速度慢。

開車到墨爾本市區大約要30分鐘，不過三房的房型大小不錯，沒有什麼太可以挑剔的地方

Staff where lovely

The room was very cean and the Bed comfortable. Staff was very freidly when checking in and through my stay.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and fulfilled our needs and requirements. It had a balcony, a kitchenette containing dishwasher, stove etc. Two bathrooms one with a bath, washing machine and dryer. We had access to on-site parking and a swimmimg pool. The apartment and its grounds appeared to be very well maintained. We found the staff to be both friendly and polite on both arrival and departure

Room was great. And comfitable, air conditioner was on so very welcoming on arrival

The staff Sunira and Luca were incredibly helpful and kind offering me a room that suited my needs better. Personal service to the room so no confusion.

The cleanliness of our apartment was very poor. The air conditioner filter was thoroughly clogged and one of the deflectors was broken. The toilet brush holder was rusted away at the bottom and no idea if the brush was useable as no way would I touch it.i could go on with the refrigerator top was very dirty with a cap from a beer bottle (?) on there. Alongside the refrigerator the skirts was putrid with dust and cobwebs. There was more but I will leave it at that. Extremely disappointed particularly after reading so many good reviews.

Excellent service from the moment that you check in.

My mother & I found getting into the shower over a high bath extremely difficult. A separate shower would be better. A little dated but comfortable.

It was good except there wasn’t hot water on the 27th of July. Had tap turned on to only hot water and it was barely luke warm.
