I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…

Near busselton jetty, price is ok some utensils look not so clean. breakfast very soso. Hope more fruits, fresh fruits can be provided

The guest house is tired. Carpets have holes, breakfast room needs upgrading and gardens tidied up. There are no ocean views. On a positive , bathroom good and bed excellent. Finally offering breakfast from 8 am is too late.

Super close to the beach. Easy few minutes walk. Room was comfortable although you could hear other guests and stairs to rooms upstairs were very steep. Easy parking out the back. The breakfast consisted of cereals, bread, yoghurt, fruit and a coffee machine that made really good coffee. Would happily stay here again for a short stay.

Lovely room in excellent location

It’s a good location. An easy walk to the jetty area. Our bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. There are no staff on site but entry was hassle free. Good parking on site.

Das Guesthouse liegt ideal nahe der Strandpromenade, es ist sauber, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wlan sehr gut. Frühstück gut.

We enjoyed our stay, and everything was as per the advert. The only issue we had was that we had no email telling us how to enter the property, because we arrived early the house keeper was there and gave us the codes to get into the hotel and room. Others have also complained about not receiving the email with entrance details so one would have thought that would have been sorted! Apart from that the Observatory Guesthouse is a lovely place to stay, very convenient to Busselton and the breakfast was fresh and good.

The room was nice and close to dining options. But the air con in our room was not working and I had to call to get our PIN numbers when we should have been sent an email with this info. The old key safe should have also been removed to not cause confusion re which one to use.

A convenient location and had everything we needed. Found check in a bit awkward and we rung the phone number stated to ring and got no answer.

The room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. It was close to the jetty and shops. Great place to stay. The only let down was, there was no milk for breakfast on our last morning. I am not able to rate the staff as we never saw one. I wish the staircase were wider.

Room was nice. Location was good. Did not receive email with instructions on how to get in. Took 1/2 hour to get instructions, then no room number. Breakfast was rather minimal. Ended up going out for food.

Great location and decent place to stay for a few nights. Biggest problem which needs to be addressed urgently is the lazy and un- secure approach to the codes assigned to the digital keypads that unlock the doors. All had the same first 3 digits with main entrance ending in zero, unit 1 ending in 1, unit 2 ending in 2 etc.

Nice place. Very clean and convenient. Onsite parking. Close to places of interest and restaurants.

Clean and quiet convenient location. Desk light had no globe & TV not able to find ABC TV with control.
