员工很友好，房间非常狭窄狭小，空调漏水严重，床垫也很脏。

家庭房干净整洁，和照片上看到的一样好。但是这家酒店没有电梯，所以如果住在二楼，你得独自搬运23公斤的行李，没有人帮忙提行李，甚至没有大厅可以叫出租车放行李，真是太麻烦了。 如果你是背包客（轻装旅行，背着背包），不用打车或私家车，那就没问题了。 酒店有行李寄存处，但只开放到晚上10点。所以晚上10点之后你需要什么东西，就得等到第二天早上工作人员来取☺️。 我们的家庭房有三张床（两张大床和一张单人床），浴室很干净，洗漱用品也很好👍🏼，但是浴室太小了，希望你们一家人够瘦，能挤进去（我们一共三个人，房间空间足够）。

如果您携带大量行李，酒店位置不太好。酒店位于严格的人流限制区，所以没有车可以停车送您。您需要从酒店附近的天主教学校步行前往。工作人员很友好。房间有点吵，因为墙很薄。马桶上的天花板太高，而且没有完全封闭，所以有很多虫子。唯一令人欣慰的是，他们有Netflix和小冰箱。

总体体验还不错。酒店不提供停车位。

Avoid this way too expensive hotel. Problems to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, just a few kilometers but taxi drivers prefer clients with longer distances to their destination. So a problem, finally found an angry driver that took me to the hotel. Very unfriendly experience. No meals in the hotel. No restaurant closeby. No elevator, no guidance to the room, just a finger was pointed in the direction to go. In the morning, around 9 a. M. Nobody at the reception, exit closed with chains. Had to find an alternative way to leave by myself. No receptionist to order a taxi for me. Totally shit service. Also way too expensive for a very basic hotel. I strongly recommend to find yourself another hotel. Avoid this hotel.

This ia my second time stayed in this hotel. The first one wasn’t that good as it was raining and the water flowing through the room, everywhere is wet. The second time it’s raining so all good.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. I was given the room at the very end, the room design has 2 levels inside and was too tired because I had to use the stairs to go to the bed and carry my things upstairs.

Kamar sesuai di gambar, bersih, nyaman. Cek in lebih awal juga ok. Kamar mandi bersih, kecil layaknya hotel transit, hanya saja di kamar mandi tidak tersedia gantungan baju (hook).

Worst room ever! It's not worth the price! Don't book this f****** hotel! My bed next to the toilet! There is no barrier between my bed toilet or even a shower curtain to separate my bed to the toilet. Very unsanitary! Bedsheet is not even new I can see some lint on my pillowcase. Too far from the train station no restaurant/coffee shops nearby. Room heater is not also working.

Serem, kotor, horor. Cukup sekali terpaksa menginap di sini.

Great price, comfy bed, good water pressure, spacious bathroom. Old but renovated motel close to airport. Great for easy travel.

The receptionist is so friendly and kindly. It is an amazing experience.

No lift or elevator and we should carry our luggages to our room in second floor with 2 stairs long. The staff who was in night shift was too rude when we arrived, nothing he could help but we did by ourselves. This was the most disappointed stay we ever had during our trip in Australia.

We stay here on july 15 for 1 night. The night staff is very handsome. He is humble and kind. When can ask anything about sydney and he answer it very helpful. He help us to take our heavy luggage to our room on upstairs and help us to explain how to turn on the heating. The room is clean and quite good. It’s not far from the airport and not very expensive.
