Nice apartment with plenty of space. The view was lovely and the balcony was nice to sit on and watch the waves. Kitchen was clean and had all we needed. Pool was nice to swim in with a heated spa to relax in. The air con units struggled with the space in the master bedroom and the living area. A fan in the living area would have helped i think. The rec room beside the pool was a hot box and needed a fan or the ability to open the doors. The pool table was a bit old and in need of repair but the ping pong table was good fun.

Noisy construction work at the balcony with blocking the whole ocean view Without any notification prior when I book it. The unacceptable loud noise started from 8am. I cannot sleep or relax at all for my holiday.

Dirty and outdated.

Right on the beach and plenty of room in the 3 bedroom apartment. Walking distance to Surfers or Broadbeach. Management were fantastic… we will definitely back for a longer stay!

Worst ever hotel/apartment I have ever lived in. Everything was dirty, old, rusty and stinky. The bedsheets were stained , couch stinky. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. My son had allergic reaction due to the carpet which was very old and dirty. The whole place needs refurbishment and furniture replacement. It was such a nice location but the apartment condition ruined our trip.

This building is run by fastidious managers who maintain the premises well. However the appartment could do with some new furniture and a paint.

Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with our stay. There was no communication prior to our stay in regards to the check in process or the bedding configuration. The bathrooms had not been cleaned properly and the bedding on a couple of the beds had marks on it. Our room had a lovely fit out at one point, but this has not been maintained in any way. The property managers were also unhelpful. The day before checkout, I asked the managers if we could leave our suitcases with them for an hour while we had breakfast, their response was that I needed to contact the agent that I booked with and they were not prepared to provide that service for us. I couldn't believe that was the response.

Old building but renovated and well maintained. Location the best - directly on the beach. Small pool area with no shade to sit in

The Property is in a great location. Being a 15-minute walk or 5 Minute bike from Cavil Ave was great. Also being able to walk straight onto the beach from the property was Amazing.

Bigger than expected with a great view of the ocean and the hinterland and right on the beach. An easy walk to shops/food/Surfers Paradise. Pleasant manager. Beds were comfortable. What more do you want on a holiday.

Hot water was a bit light on, with 3 bedrooms we weren’t expecting the hot water to run out so quickly. Apart from that all good.

Huge space with great views though extremely dated and in need of a renovation

Big rooms and wonderful views. Unfortunately no complimentary toiletries apart from a small cake of soap. No hairdryer. Great for long term stay with full kitchen facilities and plenty of plates etc. Good washing machine and dryer in the room. Great spa in the pool area.

Fantastic spot for our two families to have a great relaxed weekend. Kids were totally entertained.

Very large apartment with a beautiful view. Location was superb, quiet but close to all the attractions and shops. Staff were very friendly.

Floor was very dirty, had an infant crawling on the floor and she was filthy from the floor we had to sweep and mop it. Dishwasher leaked badly washing machine leaked. Bathroom door would not close, too many doors leading out to balcony with small children staying too much stress.
