Very disappointing experience especially checkin and the bathroom. Tap was leaking and toilet roll holder missing.

A pleasant motel close to everything in town, an easy walk to the West Coast Wilderness Railway. Older style accommodation but very clean and comfortable. Lady at check in must have been having a bad day but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Quick check in, friendly staff, room was ready, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and just a 5 minute walk to the main street and shops.

Went in with low expectations, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay for the price. The amenities were good, especially the inclusion of a small kitchen which made things quite convenient. The room was reasonably comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. The facilities are a bit dated and it does show in certain areas, but they are still functional and well-maintained. The overall cleanliness was satisfactory, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Location-wise, it worked well and made getting around fairly easy. Considering what was paid, it delivers good value for money and is a practical option if you’re not expecting luxury but just a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, good hot shower. Ticked all the boxes for us as a family. Would stay here again.

Völlig veraltet, ohne Gefühl und Sinn. Bad/Küche gruselig Rezeption zu und nur über Telefon erreichbar. Email kam wohl nicht an?? Wir mussten dann andere Leute fragen für uns anzurufen. Dazu überteuert. Besser was Anderes suchen!!

The room itself was big enough, clean and comfortable. The taps in shower and basin dripped constantly. Walls were thin and noise from adjoining rooms obvious. The shared kitchen facilities did not seem inviting. Good location.

When we arrived there was a notice on door to call a mobile number as they were trialling virtual check in. My call was returned and I was given the code for the safe on the wall and collected our room key. The room was very dated and run down considering the amount we paid per night. We were unable to get good TV reception even after trying to move the antenna “bunny ears”. We were also barely able to get any of our own wifi from our portable modem. All taps in bathroom would leak constanty even after we tried to turn them off really hard then we struggled to get them back on. The crockery in the room was not washed and dried properly so we didn’t use them at all. We went to find the camp kitchen and were amazed, it was a very small room and it would be hard to get to use the oven etc as that is also the only kitchen for the backpackers to use. The outdoor BBQ area was so overgrown and grubby also. The microwave and bed were the best part of the accommodation.

It was clean and a comfy bed!

For a budget motel it was definitely worth the money.
