Very motel like . Conveniently located , close to Eat Streat, Lake Rotoura, the Kuirau Park, etc. nice alternative when Novotel is fully booked.

四人房間不是很大，但也足夠。酒店提倡環保意識不錯。意外地酒店有溫泉水池，幾個朋友一起浸好舒服，所以價錢比較貴一點也是物有所值。酒店地點方便，可以行去食街，有好多餐廳，食物味道很好。酒店接待員很友善幫忙和介紹我們去食街的餐廳和旅遊景點。唯一缺點是房間沒有冷氣，晚上要用風扇，而且要關上窗門，因為有小昆蟲飛入屋，建議裝上紗窗。

服務人員很親切，但飯店浴室超多昆蟲飛進來⋯

員工熱情，有禮，酒店間有私人spa，望住星星嘆spa,酒店有温泉和免費單車，到羅托魯亞必定入住的酒店

交通方便，隔一條街就是湖了，i 也是走路5分鐘到，只是樓上房間好熱啊 只有風扇可用……

The motel is near to the town center. It has a swimming pool and two hot pools for the guests. Food stores and restaurants are nearby. Free bikes are available for the guests. The staff are very helpful and assisted us to rent a car during our stay. With the car, we visited many scenic spots in Rotorua. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Lucy and Dani for their warm welcome and assistance during our stay. Will definitely visit Rotorua again in the future. Highly recommended.

We were living at ground floor, so we couldn't open windows as we were afraid of any thieves. It was hot at night, until we turned on a fan. But the room was nice, clear and staff are good too. There were mineral water pool, small but provide you to enjoy mineral water hot spring.

Great location, close to the town and beach front. Used pool, hot tub and BBQ so was good to have those facilities. Room was spacious

We were put in Room 1 eventhough we were first to arrive at check in time. This is by far the worst room with the standpipes from the volcanic steam venting and condensing immediately outside the kitchen and bathroom windows. It would be better further away. I couldn't sleep with all the sulphur smell and woke up nauseated. I book through Expedia as when there are rooms that are preferentially better then there is a price difference and people can choose. Too bad as staff was so kind with many thoughtful amenities.

Friendly staff. Nice, spacious, clean room. Nice and relaxing Mineral pools. The kids loved the heated swimming pool too. Great location - just a few blocks from Eat street and a short walk from the beautiful lake.

４連泊しましたが、どのスタッフも親切で快適にすごせました。 アクティビティーの予約も、こちらの要望を詳細に聞いてくれ、ショーの予約やタクシー手配もしてくれ大変助かりました。 料金は、少し高めかもしれませんが、アットホームな雰囲気で、リラックスできました。皆さんにもお勧めします！
