Customer services are excellent!!!

旅館服務好，房間很乾淨，床很舒適 ，但旅館在車道旁 因此晚上會一直聽到車聲，有點吵，怕吵的人會不好睡。離機場很近，搭車12分鐘到達，機場接送15元/2人。

靠近機場，房間寬敞整潔，職員非常有善，還可預訂穿梭巴士到機場，比的士便宜。附近也有餐廳。不錯的酒店！ 穿梭巴士值得一讚！可預約開車時間，準時開車，職員亦樂於協助。

Good location and clean room. Gave 4* as it was rather noisy (road and other guests). Staff very helpful with a late check-in (via phone next to door as email not received with key code).

Convenient location for my stay

Didn't have breakfast. Staff was wonderful. The airlines lost my bag and she even looked for some in her lost and found!!!

We arrived after hours (8:00pm) and it was nice to have been allocated a room on the lower floor. What hasn’t quite so nice is that we were in room 10 which is right next to the storage lift. Although the lift itself is no problem, the noise from loud late arrivals or early departures was a bit disturbing. Despite that, we would be happy to stay at the Airport Clayfield again (perhaps with a request to avoid room 10 next time) as it is a great location with excellent facilities.

Good before airport

Convenient location for airport access. Friendly, helpful staff. Quite a few food options around the area - particularly Punjabi Dawat for great Indian cuisine.

plumbing pipes were very noisy. the tv barely worked and the room would have benefitted from the installation of better glazing (to reduce traffic noise from the very busy road outside).

Nice and quiet place. Very close transportation to CBD.

Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Ventilator und Klimaanlage. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ease of check in and actually a person on check in.

Pleasantly comfortable. No issues. Had a great night with our family there.
