Kebersihan kamar kurang, televisi tidak fungsi, perlengkapan mandi tidak tersedia.

I expect clean toilet, clean bed (bedsheet), clean towel. I graded it 2/5 only. TV remote control for both rooms not working, sad! Kettle also out of order but instant replacement given. However, the receptionist very kind, LIKE!

Hotel looks gloomy unwelcoming, gives impression it is meant for night life people. Day time the lobby light is switched off. Restaurant next to the reception lights off during day time. Lobby guests area turned into a massage area, in the morning can see workers sleeping on the massage chair. Management should brighten the lobby improve the ambient and not switch off the lights to save the small amount of electricity charge. Not value for money. Single lady who want to book into that hotel will feel uneasy, unless she is in that pleasure business.

The room not clean many cockroach in the room and toilet.

In general the hotel condition is good and with the facilities provided. But need to focus more towards the maintenance. Also the surrounding of the hotel. No lights at the parking lot area, very poor road maintenance and no clear signboard from the main road to the hotel entrance (problems especially at night.).

Worst hotel! Air conditioner and TV not function 😏.

Noisy tourist around 4 am... what the heck man!

A bit smelly room. Very noisy with tourist slamming doors and talking loudly at the hallway.

Both iron at the ironing area is not working. It took them 1 hour to get the replacement iron and I need to get them myself from the front desk. Imagine this happens when you need to rush to office in the morning.

Kotor. Bilik berbau, aircond slow. Suasana very² suram. First and last I stay.

Room is very narrow space, as seen advertise photo is totally different for supirior. Some more the cleanest of is out. Food totally out. Only 1 time serve.

Hotel ini di sentul, jadi mayoritas yang stay itu wisatawan dari china, karena breakfast-nya masakan orang chinese, biasa saja. The bed was awesome! luas.

Clean and comfortable, no frills kind of hotel for the budget. Food can be better though, especially the murky plain water being served.
