Great spot and convenient

An older style building that has been updated inside, comfortable beds, warm shower, good aircon and good undercover parking (if you get in before the “entitled” pub patrons who seem to frequent theses parking spots, even though they are designated for motel guests! TV works, a nice touch to have cereal packets and milk in the fridge for a light breakfast. Outside noise could be a problem, with a pump or similar on adjacent property making a racket. I’ve paid more for far less at other motels, so all up good value for money. Finding the motel section and checking in is difficult, only because of the configuration of the surrounding roads, nothing to do with the Wallaby Hotel. Staff are helpful, meals appear good in the bistro.

Close to shops and coffee. Two live bands were playing in one of the restaurants during dinner, so there was free entertainment.

Designated parking would help.

So many unnecessary lights were left on outside that shon through our windows all night. The towels were ridiculously small and paper thin.

Clean and comfortable rooms at the rear of the hotel overlooking the carpark. Patrons leaving late in the evening were noisy. Good value for a one night stay.

I was initially skeptical about staying at the Wallaby Hotel because of its proximity to the highway but I was exceptionally pleased with every aspect of my stsy. The unit was clean and quiet and everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. I will be staying here again.

The menu includes vegetarian & vegan options, well priced & . No complaints as even on public transport it's a place that's not hard to travel to & from which includes close to shops

Location for my needs, close to Clear Water Island, Robina and Nerang. Price for long stay was good, and helpful staff.

Rooms are comfortable and have recently been renovated and effectively self contained with room service only on request or when they have been vacated. Despite being just off the Pacific Motorway and having music playing on Friday and Saturday nights, once in the room, noise cannot be heard. However, while there is a couple of buses with the stop near the hotel, I would consider more having own transport is a benefit as the buses are only about every half an hour during week days, an hour on weekends and no service after about 6pm. Would also consider property is only suitable for able bodied travellers as there is no lift and rooms are only accessible via staircases of about 15 steps. As per the description, property is about 5-10 minutes from Robina Town Centre for major shops but with a few shops close to the hotel on Railway Street. Overall comfortable accommodation at an old style country pub and for price would stay there again but only if I had my own transport.
