My kits like the facilities such as pool, playround, jumping pillo, etc. Within 10-15 min go to beach, shopping mall. Recommand Warwick Mall, with K-mart, Coles, KFC, 24-hr MacDonald, etc. Close to high way, very convinient to anywhere around Perth. The Family carbin for 4 is a bit small, not sufficient space to put suit case. The morning birds are noisy that like uncontrolable alarm clock that non-stop ringing very day from 5:00am

We loved our cabin that was a great size, clean . The cafe was excellent with a fair prices for very generous meals. The natural surroundings was wonderful with various waterbirds swimming on the lake. We will definitely visit again.

We have stayed here many times over the years this time it seemed to have gone down hill. The TV in the room is quite dangerous where it is positioned. The fridge was not clean. The Cafe Grounds needed attention some of the tables not steady. I was charged twice on my credit card for our purchase noticed on my bank statement when home and had to call to correct it. The areas around our cabin in need of cleaning up. I even asked one of the cleaners had it changed hands. The pool area un kept. My sister from Oregon who we picked up from the airport and stayed here before with us saw such a difference in the Park. kind Regards. Lesley

We stayed at Karrinyup Water Resort from Monday to Friday, 20 Feb 2023 till 24 Feb 2023. At first all were very nice, clean and quiet but on Wednesday someone decided to pooh in the main pool and then left quietly. What a shock to discover human waste in the pool! Then on Friday more people arrived and grownups were taking beer bottles and cans into the spa pool. This despite signs showing that no food and drinks are allowed in the pools. Small children, some as young as 3 years old, were seen in the spa pool without supervision. This is a drowning waiting to happen! Sad to see that some people do not follow the rules and make it unpleasant for all. Management needs to step up else this awesome place will be going down the drain very soon.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the cabin given was just right. Good ramp and bathroom and room to move the chair around. The place is a paradise for children with lots of playgrounds but by 10pm the place was silent - amazing - you could hear the banjo frogs in the lake.

Visiting relatives this site was awesome close to everything airport restaurants and the family so it was very convenient neat tidy accommodation the cafe on site was great friendly staff and good meals I’d stay here again in a minute

I loved the pool area and the multiple playgrounds for the children. Close to the shops and nature walks. Family friendly. Although the gate to the pool wasnt working.

Heated Swimming Pools are a huge bonus very relaxing but the gate/security system was very tempremental and guest would often get locked out. The Cafe had top quality food at fair prices but closed on Mondays. The bed in the single room family were not very comfortable. Cabins close to parks and cafe are noisy so request rooms far away form them.

So much better than a hotel… balcony. Great cafe. Really enjoyed our stay.

The standout about this stay was the bed, it was way better than the standard for this type of accommodation. Large park with excellent on site facilities, convenient parking and the park is conveniently located. The only minor criticism is the size of the bathroom it could be difficult for large people.

Liked the garden areas around the property, the clean driveways and road areas. The kids playground areas and the lake with ducks. The rooms were equipped with all essential Cooking utensils.
