雪梨跨年夜臨時才訂到的飯店，基本上回去已經累癱倒頭就睡，老媽覺得棉被稍微有潮潮的味道，我是沒什麼感覺(已經睡死?)，冷氣機的遙控器感應有點問題，不知道是太舊還是電池漏液快壞了。大門沒有鎖蠻酷的，但外面門把有裝套筒，所以外邊的人是無法轉門把的。跨年夜櫃台人員也提早下班，不過有寄信通知，並說明如何在深夜取得房間鑰匙，算是盡責的一間飯店。

Room was clean but that was the only plus. Hotel overall is very run down and not helped that the majority of rooms are used for permanent tenants on government housing assistance. The laundry was a disgrace. The only machine working, did not operate properly and I finished up taking my clothes to my room and trying to finish washing them in the bath. I had major problems with the TV, it seemed to had lost its memory and I had to do a full channel scan to get it up and running. There's no reception staff from 4pm Saturday until Monday morning to help. The pool was refreshing and the water seemed fine, but again the surrounds were dirty and overgrown. Way overpriced and I have no desire to ever book there again.

For the cost it was great. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was well maintained and refreshing. The receptionist was very helpful and polite.

It’s run down & dated! Blinds don’t block out so the light beams through! Very clean. TV works but no picture! Sound only. We will never stay here again.

The property was clean, tidy and the staff were efficient and friendly. It’s a good place to stay so you could explore the area.

Good room and inexpensive. Request a room at the rear of the property for quietness. I summised the majority of persons staying are placed residents not travellers.

Everything was great. The only constructive feedback i have is could you please add non slip bathmats as the bath is very slippery whilst showering and whilst getting in and out. Great stay tho. Check in person extremely helpful in navigating us to where we need to go- whether public transport or walking. Lovely clean rooms.

Good location, shower leaked and the shower head is not great but otherwise not too bad. Budget price, budget room.

We chose a room with aids for people with disabilities. While overall the room was adeqate and clean some features were unsatisfactory particularly the bathroom which needs maintenance (e.g. peeling paintwork). When taking a shower the whole floor was covered with water given poor drainage. The single bed in the room also needs replacing given sagging springs.

It was run down, very old. Biggest cockroach I have ever seen. wouldn't stay there again.

It was a short 2 nights stay for our church conference gathering. We drove down from Brisbane arriving lated then checked in time and had organised with the ladies and reception for keys, parking etc... They were lovely and helpful over the phone. We stayed at the Deluxe twin room 2. For 3 adults. Which my daughter had booked thinking it was a Deluxe twin room 3. For a 1double bed and 2singles beds. The shower licked onto the floor and over to the toilet area. The T.V did not work? Price was recently affordable.

For a crash and go it was fine but bathroom needs an upgrade leaking shower, mirror needs to be replaced, and a really good all over clean Beds were comfy, sleeping /living area clean and an ok location for us.

The floor needed a good clean and leaking taps in shower.
