Very clean and tidy room condition, especially for the linen and beddings. Breakfast is also splendid with good variety and more than enough.

This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises. The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job. The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay.

Only stayed a few times but each time is super comfy & great so close to dining/beverage/pokies. Staff were lovely, food at the restaurant was as always dee-lish!

Staff seem lovely - place is very clean and spacious! Maybe should have done research into the property. Smokers on the balcony & the balcony is connected and easily accessible for the neighbouring guests . Unable to use our balcony due to smokers on balcony and having a younger child beside two adults smoking right beside us and only a small gate between. Couldn’t open the curtains unless wanting the pub to see right in to the apartment. The shamrock is great for dinner and just walking over, but is pretty loud. Ideally not a place for a family unless attending events at the shamrock or a smoker who can sleep through the deep and meaningfuls of the neighbouring guests on the balcony. It is a great location to things. The toast, yoghurt, biscuits, tea& coffee with juice was a nice little bonus for their breakfast. But we won’t be returning!

Pretty good breakfast in room, next to hotel with great pub food.

Location and facilities were excellent. Parking could be better managed for upstairs units.

Cleanliness quiet and convenient

Lovely rooms and meals. Great value for money. Just need clearer directions at time of booking regarding separate side entrance to motel accommodation. Apart from that great stay and highly recommend.
