Absolutely lovely property with an amazing garden and fantastic staff

We were very happy with the service and quality of our room

The property is beautiful, with a stunning garden. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. Great location as it was very quiet, and was conveniently close to some restaurants for dinner. Allison made the most amazing breakfast for us, and even accommodated an early breakfast for us so we could get on the road. Highly recommend!

Property was very cute. Bed in the romantic suite very comfortable & Alison made a beautiful breakfast. Easy to communicate with regarding our late check in & didnt see another guest until breakfast the next morning. Beautiful place to chill.

Allison is the best hostess. So friendly and welcoming. We love this place. It is our second time here. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nav Lady slightly off with directions and a little hard to identify at night. That aside, the room was fine, the bed excellent and the breakfast, prepared by the host, Allison, outstanding. Would we return? You bet!

Maddie’s is a beautiful character home. Our room was absolutely sparking clean and beautifully furnished. The staff went beyond what we expected, even provided a sewing kit and set up an ironing board! A full delicious breakfast was served topped off with freshly made muffins and barista-made coffee. This was our first stay but definitely will not be our last!

Lovely location, about 10 mins from Maitland/Morpeth and dog friendly, which made it even better! Fab service, Alsion was excellent. She really gets it.

Beautiful gardens, restful haven, warm hospitality.

Maddies is a really quaint, old-world B&B with loads of character. Only a few rooms, but they are cozy and charming. The staff are super friendly and helpful and greet you as soon as you arrive. The breakfast is delicious and your room fridge comes with complimentary sweets / cakes. The grounds are quiet with view over the surrounding fields. The location is a little isolated though and on a main road, so the nearest town is a 40 min walk. Would highly recommend staying here for a night or two.
