A friendly staff, rooms are so cozy and comfortable. Beds are firm and soft.

Clean rooms. Great staff. I would definitely return.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and solid AC. Can't ask for much more honestly. Close to a 24 hour CVS and lots of food options nearby. Solid stay.

Nice little motel! Very affordable for the location. It was clearly recently renovated. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stay again whenever I'm in the area.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Tempe especially spending a night on Mill Ave, nice clean modern spacious rooms , perfect location, friendly staff!

Just stayed for a quick overnight to attend a show at Gammage. Very close, and walkable to restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

Nice, clean property, with modern decor, walking distance from Casey Moore’s and Mill Ave/University shops. Will stay again.

Always enjoyed staying here while visiting our kid at ASU.

Very cute room and clean! Wish there were blackout curtains instead of shutters considering a street light was right outside my window. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great room. Modern decor and an awesome shower. For the price this room cannot be beat. one minor cons. Traffic noise. One a main street. Maybe one of the rooms near the back of the building would be better.
