I travelled alone in Marrakech, initially I was a little bit nervous about the neighborhood but it is unnecessary! Riad le Rubis located right in the Medina the entrance of the souks, the locals will tell you a seemingly suspicious path but it is correct, just walk into the souks turn left and turn left. When you arrive, you will be welcomed with traditional morrocan mint tea and cookies. He will explain the city and hoghlight some attractions for you. He helped me with all kinds of problem e.g. Contact with excursions, way to the bus stop, most importantly, a happy smile every moring which bought me a delightful mood and looked forward to my day! Breakfast is great (drinks, bread, cake, pancake, naan, yogurt)! I could skip my lunch after that big breakfast! The room is big enough and the bed is very comfortable. Everything is good in condition. I made a henna in my room at night offered by the lady in the riad (off course you need to give her some tips). This was a homy experience and I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful stay in the modt magical place in the world. Definitely Recommend!!!

Kändes trevligt och säkert med barn. Vägen till hotellet är lite svår när man inte är van vid Medinan, bra att ha internet för att hitta eller ta hjälp.

Dejlig centralt i forhold til oplevelser. Sødt og hjælpsom personale. Hyggelig Riad. Hyggelig lokal morgenmad.

Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber zwischen das Bett und die Wand ca 30cm sehr schmales Gang. Die Zimmer für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. Das Frühstück kann mann vergissen.

Le Riad est très bien, propre et agréable. Le personnel y est très gentil. A 2 pas de la place du marché. Au milieu des souks. Beaucoup de visites possible à pied. À quelques minutes de la koutoubia où on peut facilement trouver des taxis. un emplacement très stratégiques pour faire des visites dans Marrakech.

The riad is very beautiful and located closed to the main square and to the souq. Everything could be reached by walking.. Breakfast was good personel was very friendly and kind. We definitely recommend it.

Oda iyi durumdaydı ve personel çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Ancak camların çok ses geçirmesi ve kapınında aynı şekilde çok ses geçirmesi rahatsız ediciydi. Ses hem içeriden dışarıya hem de dışarıdan içeri çok net bir şekilde duyuluyordu. Büyük olan penceremin ortak alana bakması da kullanma konusunda sorundu. Teras güzeldi, kahvaltı ise zayıftı. Giriş öıkışlarda personel çok nazikti ama kapı sürekli kapalı olduğu için her girişte kapıyı çalmanıx ve kısa da olsa beklemniz gerekiyor. Bu da "riad" lara has bir durummuş.

V good

This charming Riad is located about 2-3 minute walk from Jemaa El Fna. Which is a perfect location for your Marrakesh getaway. The staff are really friendly, accomodating and genuinely want to help you out. The room is spacious with modern facilities but maintains a decor of a traditional Riad. The breakfast was so yummy and filling and we did a private hammam and massage in the Riad which I would recommend.

Great stay for 1 night

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner plutôt simple mais suffisant. Personnel de nuit agréable

The stay was nice and the room although small was comfortable and nicely decorated. The TV wasn't working properly and the internet was down the first night. Staff was not particularly helpful and was more interested in asking me to write a five-star review.

I booked at the last minute to join some friends who were staying in a different riad which was unfortunately fully booked for the dates I wanted. I requested an airport transfer but the driver didn’t show up so I had to sort something else out. I had managed to get the last available room which was a “superior” suite but I’m not sure what the difference is between that and a standard room. My room was very noisy with background noise from the main square plus people talking in the street outside my room as well as motorbikes starting up and leaving engines running for several minutes in the early hours. This, combined with a very uncomfortable bed (too hard for me even though I like a firm mattress) and a very cold room (an electric heater was provided but it wasn’t very effective), made sleeping very difficult! The good points - the riad was clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, breakfast was good, location (apart from the noise) was excellent. However overall, I don’t think the riad offered good value for money even if I allow an increase for being there over the New Year.

Travaux de ravalement en cours, ça serait bien d’informer le client avant, chambres très mal insonorisés, on est pas forcément à l’aise. Il faut penser à trouver une solution pour rentrer et sortir, c’est pas forcément pratique de taper à la porte à chaque fois.

The location is close to everything, the personal have a high service and are ready to make anything to make you feel safe and home. I Will defently book this place again.
