The hotel was very clean inside and out. The outdoor landscaping flowers were lovely. Jessie and her team do a great job! The breakfast was very nice and good replenished quickly!

Excellent pool and jacuzzi. Rooms nice, quiet and comfortable. Pillows a bit firm but they give you 4 per bed.

Everything was clean and the beds was comfortable but the whole place has a strange smell. Perhaps really old carpet.

Nive clean location. Easy to find. Nice breakfast and helpful staff

The entrance smell was horrible. Smelled like a bad meal. We got into town and wanted to check in 40 minutes early and they said it would be a ln extra $25.00 onto our stay. I normally pick the best hotel in the city we’re staying at and I’ve never experienced a fee for early check in or a bad smell. A hotel normally has an inviting aroma. The check in staff was very kind. Check out not so much.

Our stay is always enjoyable here when we come and visit family! This time we came for a wedding and my boys always love to stay here.

Best place to stay when visiting Los Banos and surrounding areas. Clean, quiet, good parking and close to everything.

Nice

The only thing that I was disappointed with was getting locked out of our room. Somehow the door latch became stuck which caused the key card to no longer work. It took about 20 minutes for the Staff to unlock our door. Meaning they were physically trying to unlock the door for 20 minutes.

Worst ever, total rip off. Management charges an extra fee to Expedia reservations that they collect and told us we had to pay or cancel our reservation at 11pm at night. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

This hotel looked like a house from Gone w the Wind... how cool is that! The bed was very comfortable, the TV was very small. We didn't realize we booked an ADA room, so that was a laugh.

Clean and comfortable

Not the hotel's fault but I wish the dog fee was listed on expedia so we know to expect it. Also, the hot tub is closed (at least right now) which is too bad because it was a factor in my search.

Great property. Clean room. Really comfortable bed. Amazing staff. Would definitely stay again.
