房間比想像中小一點，但美麗、舒適、服務專業又親切。雖然出門要搭兩站地鐵才到火車站市中心，但慢慢逛自由大道名品店，20分鐘內也就能抵達。 不論是早餐或晚餐，我們都十分滿意，美味、精緻、服務又貼心。

The staff can't speak very well english and the location nearby seems not very safe at night. Many lady-boys standing around the hotel and nothing to eat after midnight.

很有設計感的旅店,處處可見巧思,服務人員也非常細。飯店位置超好,距離地鐵站步行只要5分鐘。可惜房間隔音不太好,唯一美中不足。

Excelente hotel , bonito , agradável e com ótimo atendimento . Rooftop com bela vista de Lisboa ideal para drinks e aperitivos no final da tarde . Só a localização não é muito favorável se quiser estar perto do centro histórico . No entanto está bem perto da Av da Liberdade . E apesar de ser central é bem silencioso para dormir e cama e travesseiros são otimos , chuveiro tbem .

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Le H10 Duque de Loulé est un hôtel plein de charme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et dans le respect des traditions portugaises. On s’y sent bien dès les premiers instants. La chambre, élégante et aux couleurs de l’hôtel, offre tout le confort attendu d’un hôtel boutique, avec cette petite touche de caractère qui fait toute la différence. Seul petit bémol : les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants et laissent passer beaucoup de lumière dès le lever du jour. Le personnel est irréprochable : accueillant, à l’écoute et très professionnel. Une mention spéciale à la personne qui accueille les clients au petit déjeuner, toujours souriante et attentionnée. Le petit déjeuner mérite à lui seul le détour ! Les plats chauds sont préparés à la demande et servis à table, tandis que le buffet, varié et généreux, est à volonté. Le tout dans une ambiance conviviale, à l’image de l’hôtel. Le rooftop du 10ᵉ étage est également un vrai plus pour prendre un verre en fin de journée tout en profitant d’une belle vue sur les toits de Lisbonne. Mon seul regret concerne les chambres situées au 10ᵉ étage. La mienne était à proximité du rooftop et les allées et venues des clients, de midi jusqu’à 22 h 30 environ, peuvent devenir assez bruyantes. Malgré ce détail, j’ai passé deux excellentes journées dans cet hôtel pas comme les autres… et pourtant, j’en ai testé plusieurs à Lisbonne !

Staff was amazing helpful, and friendly

Had an absolutely magnificent stay. Staff were extremely helpful with everything from the moment you checked in, until the time you checked out. Every question you asked was answered. They helped you with your luggage, concierge type services from travel suggestions and travel plans, to surrounding restaurants and places or things to do during your stay. The rooms were very clean and their breakfast was delicious with so many choices. The rooftop bar was an added bonus. A absolutely stunning view. A great place to relax and have some food and a drink. It is the little touches that make you feel so welcome here: a welcome drink, water and snacks on hand daily in the lobby, and having someone press the elevator button for you and ask you how way your day was, all with a smile. Thank you. I will come back some day.

All hotel staff very, very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Rooftop bar an added perk. Great view. A great place to stay. Would stay there again.

Very accommodating staff.

We returned here after a week travelling around and had a similar room to before which was very comfortable and the hotel did have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Really comfortable clean beds, lovely Rituals shower gel etc, and a really good barman in the lobby. The only slight issue was slow service at the rooftop bar. Front desk team very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was lovely. The location is slightly removed from the busy tourist areas, which we preferred, as it offered a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Really really good hotel, 20 minutes walk from city centre. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Roof top bar was really nice.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel was welcoming and the location was good for us. We have drinks at the roof top bar and the views were great.

Comfortable room, great location mostly quiet. Some language issues with staff understanding English in restaurant resulting in either non delivery of item requested or incorrectly but Buffett was nonetheless excellent. Pastries available in lobby a very welcome touch. Rooftop restaurant average. Restaurant dinner outstanding.
