The room was clean,spacious (even with portable bed for my daughter, we had a king-size bed). The breakfast was awesome some dishes was freshly cooked). We stayed in holiday mode, i spoke to people on business who were having breakfast. Service at breakfast was good.

Horrible property. We were 7 persons in 4 rooms. Our room had cockroaches. Their transportation arrangements was bad. I don’t recommend anyone staying there. I booked two cars for airport. Only one came. The manager asked if we can fit in one car, thats 7 persons, 7 suitcases and 7 carryons in one car. He was just ridiculous. Waited 50 mins for the second car to come. Never ever again.

The hotel is very clean, safe and comfortable. Heads up to Alpes he went above and beyond to help me with all my doubts. All the staff is very amazing, helpful and polite too. Breakfast is excellent! With a lot of healthy options, tons of variety and great quality! I also did a balinese massage at the SPA and it was wonderful. Shuttle service to the airport is great too. This stay exceeded my expectations so much I wish I could have had more days there! Namaste! 🙏

Awesome stay. Very good room, perfect air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Great food in the Orchid restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

THE POSITION IS GOOD BUSINESS WISE. OTHER THAN THAT WITHIN STANDARDS.

Does not look like 5 star hotel. Should be 3 or maximum 4 star. Electric supply goes frequently, no generator. 2 tea bags, two towels, one tooth brush! You will have to ask if you need more. No iron/ironing board in room. Only good thing is that staff is very polite and helping.
