The concept for this is accommodation is interesting it’s like an easy style hotel there is no reception you have a code and this enables you to take your key from a safe on the wall However unwelcoming this May seem the accommodation was very modern stylish comfortable and clean the room was very large as it is a shop conversion its was a comfortable place to stay and was very well priced for Vienna it is a great location walking distance to everywhere we had a problem with a smelly shower drain and the phone number to contact the staff was very helpful they offered us another room immediately and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and beers I would stay here again

Enjoy the stay at Urbanatus. Just 2 stations from city center and a few nice supermarkets, cafes, restaurant nearby. The Wien Hauptbahnhof is at walking distance which provides so much convenience for cross boarder trip. The room is well-designed and chic. Bed is comfy and the coffee machine is fantastic. We can use the iMac for internet access and watching DVDs. Thanks to the great help of the staff Adisa, we managed to settle an urgent matter. She offered assistance and stayed till late for us at the office. She was also attentive to our problems during our stay there. Thanks so so much!

More than one km to transport

Very nice room - good location. The check in instructions could be written with clearer information on how to access the apartment. The room had no means of cooling down.

Die Garden Suite am Karmelitermarkt ist ein dunkles und stickiges Hinterhofloch, weit entfernt von den angepriesenen Eigenschaften. Die Lage ist Prima, sowohl von den Lokalitäten in der Nähe als auch bezüglich der Nähe zur Innenstadt. Wer nicht laufen möchte oder kann, kann die Öffis oder die Fahrräder von Wien Mobil am Karmelitermarkt nutzen. Für uns kommt diese Unterkunft aus erstgenannten Gründen nicht mehr in Frage.

It was a nice place to stay. Good location and good amenities.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Grätzlhotel und mögen es wirklich sehr. Die Umgebung, das Zimmer an sich, der easy Check-in, etc. Leider war es dieses Mal nicht ganz so sauber geputzt. Dass der Boden (vorallem der Teppich) nicht ordentlich gesaugt war, davon könnte ich noch absehen. Aber vom Vorgänger Spuren in der Toilette zu finden, ist nicht ok.

Really nice studio apartment in the heart of Vienna. Great for business or private travel - especially during COVID given the spacious room.

A Great little neighbourhood, only 15 min walk to centre of vienna. this place was a cross between an aparthotel and an airbnb. we received instructions for how to access the key, and let ourselves in. Lots of little details were thought of in the room (coffee maker, literature on vienna, etc). I would say that the english language instructions could be improved for getting the key and the location of the room, and it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. But the room itself was very nice and comfy - with the one odd exception. It was a redeveloped shopfront at street level - so the entire front wall was windows. There were two rows of curtains, so once drawn you didn't feel it, but it still seemed a bit odd - if this would bother you, then it might not be for you.

Da vi først fandt ud Af at finde nøglen gik alt fint. Det kunne være rart at have to nøgler.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft, die Idee der Umwandlung von ehemaligen Ladenlokalen in Unterkünfte, die nette und originelle Einrichtung, die Ausstattung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kaffeemaschine. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass nur alle drei Tage sauber gemacht wird. Beim Preis der Unterkunft sollte dieser einzige Service täglich inkludiert sein. Ferner stank es leider ziemlich aus der Dusche, aus dem Kanal. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht richtig. Das Bett recht unbequem und mit Bettzeug wie im Winter und das bei 30° im Hochsommer! Klimaanlage...?

El aparatamento estaba super bien, y el metodo de cojer las llaves y todo super guay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat ein super Frühstücksbüffet. Die Zimmer sind sehr leise und sauber.

They rejected the changing of towels and bed making. We stayed two nights, so it was tough to use the same towels three days consecutive, and I wanted them to do bed making even once during our stay.
