非常古典和優雅的酒店, 酒店內所有的陳設和裝飾細節非常精美, 環境優美閒靜舒適。店員親切有礼, 五星級的服務。位於富人區, 治安良好, 五分鐘步行至地鐵店。唯一不足的是沒有牙刷提供, 酒店附近沒有食肆和超市。

Great location, close to the metro which makes the stay very convenient. Great hospitality, friendly staff, but the efficiency can be improved. The hotel makes you feel like living in a small castle! The room is spacious and beautiful, and they even offer champagne! Overall a nice stay.

Amazing staff and hotel

Very professional staff- our room was very clean and the chateaux is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay- the library bar is also quite cozy and charming - the food as per usual French standards, is of course excellent.

It’s a beautiful hotel, with a real sense of place, supported by a very well-intentioned, and generally great, staff. Special compliments to the concierge staff. Really good. Only downside is a bit of a hike to most of the Sites, but great exercise, and a significant value to the very top hotels (eg. Bristol, Ritz, etc.) which are $1-2k/night more.

The exterior is truly breathtaking and magnificent. The staff were attentive, polite, and incredibly kind throughout our visit.

The service in the dining areas could improve. The brunch was very slow and not too special for the price.

Not conveniently located. Quite expensive. Staff was extremely nice. Room was nice, no complaints.

This is a first-class hotel by any standard. The property has an old world feel with very modern features. Even though it's in the heart of Paris - the hotel is offset from the street with a large lawn and backyard terrace. You feel like you're staying in a grand chateau in the country.

Wonderful stay. The privacy of the estate, amenities and thoughtful service all contributed to our very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful location and building. The bar staff can be more accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nous sommes venus au Saint James pour l'anniversaire de ma femme pour une nuit de décompression. L'accueil fut parfait. Nous avons même eu la chance d'être surclassé. Le personnel est vraiment attentif au moindre détail et se plie en 4 pour vous aider au mieux (voiturier, reservation de resto, accompagnement et visite de l'hotel). Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et très bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner est d'enfer (effectivement les oeufs bénédicte sont fous ainsi que la brioche et le pain au chocolat) et le personnel aussi très à l'écoute de vos moindres demandes. Bref, nous étions ravis et nous recommandons ce splendide établissement

This might be the most beautiful hotel in the world. The decor and the building are stunning. The staff were exceptionally kind. The food was excellent, it was quiet at night and it was easy to walk from here to several major attractions. Truly a perfect place.
