陽台很髒，完全沒有打掃

無論是硬體或是人員服務都很出色！

入住时间比较晚下午4点。3点到宾馆也不会让住客提前checkin. 住宿条件和房价不符。房价高只是因为它的地理条件。

The view and the vibe were amazing because of the extraordinary location, and the shuttle service was great too. But it's really pricey for the quality of food and room. Bedding was ok, and it was generally clean in the room. However, the room really needed some renovations. The furniture, especially the wooden parts, looked old with scratches on. The dinner and breakfast buffet were fine, not many options though. The dining hall was also dated and old-fashioned, most importantly our breakfast table felt sticky and not very clean. At such a high price, we expect better, but it's probably the case when it's located in such protected national reserve.

房間的暖氣太老舊了，還在提供寶特瓶的瓶裝水？太不環保了 接駁車還不是電動車，很吵也臭 第三次住宿

地點絕佳，buffet也很好吃，廚師廚藝一流。舒適的氣候和天然森林+100。

阿里山賓館堪稱是阿里山森林國家公園裡最優秀的飯店，或許是人力、財力的不足，還是市場缺乏競爭力，導致設施老舊急需更新，餐廳提供的餐點，菜色一般、種類偏少，極需要加強，要不然對不起這個收費。

飯店除了位置以外，沒有一項是可以到達五星等級。價錢也是高到離譜。實在找不到理由二訪！

整體還可以若能價位再親民一些會更有吸引力

歷史館翻修之後，變得超舒適；可惜浴室太大，放浴巾的地方跟淋浴間距離太遠，沒有浴室暖風機，4月初洗完澡有點冷。但整體體驗非常好，空間跟床都非常舒適。早上有到阿里山車站觀日出的接駁車，前一天傍晚會公佈在櫃檯。

隔音差。服務人員沒熱誠 跟涵碧樓的服務天差地遠

Satisfactory. Rather pricey in comparison with what you got. You would be forced to book the higher price four-person family room when their regular two-bedroom is full if you are eager to sleep there, which I think most of the other hotels won't do it this way these days.

該飯店的工作人員非常友善，小孩子因為暈車不舒服也會主動關心並詢問我們是否有需要去給醫生看給人感覺非常非常溫暖

The shuttle’s bus is really helpful, and the hotel provide great service and assistance to travelers to enjoy the Beautiful scenery of Alishan. Also the hotel inside already have a good thing point of the sunset

走阿里山步道超方便

歷史館_601 , 房間外景色一絕. 住宿環境尚可.

服務優良，環境相當清潔，值得一住！

接駁車班次多，不會等很久，司機很貼心會等旅客，飯店很大方地升級房型為2大床，房間很大住得非常舒服，落地窗外可以看到許多神木林立壯觀，是個遠離城市喧囂，放鬆度假勝地。
