A bit upset when the room being booked and paid earlier not available at the point when me and my family came to check-in. The staff gave us another room as replacement and other freebies as to compensate the cost that we have initially paid for the original room. Point I wish to highlight here is the coordination between the hotel as well as traveloka as to update the room availability. Sometimes, the situation really put us in difficult situation to disagree with the workaround solutions since we don't have much option left. It's all about customers experience and this experience will make me hesitate to usethis platform again in the future

Luxury room with bath tub. Maybe can improve the soundproof because I can hear what people discuss/talk inside the room. And also to put tinted for the wall glazing because I can see inside my room from road. Pool was nice & enough space to swim.

Change TV unit to smart TV. The existing TV unit is out of date!

The 3 days 2 nite stay was okey except that the breakfast menu was the same and no changes made. We expect the management/F & b manager to change the menus to different food like Mee Goreng Mamak, Fried Rice etc. The heavy food/dish is the same for that 2 days, for example Nasi Dagang! The coffee section using the coffee machine should be improved and upgraded to a better one to serve better & tastier coffee.

Breakfast: Excellent 5/5. Room: Got old wing, so 3/5. TV: Only basic channels 2/5. Internet (wifi): 5/5. Staff Hospitality: 5/5.

Good near city centra & many. Big room, good staff.

Disappointing. The bathroom is not squeaky clean, The door is old I have issue with the access every day, battery out, no authorisation given to the card. The room is old, I can hear the next room noises. And the room is far like 10 mins walk from the lift. But, the buffet breakfast is nice, and the staff allow me to check in early, I am here for work but I will definitely won't book perdana anymore.
