In the app it's said can check in 12 pm, the staff said only can check in at 2. So I have to pay extra rm40 to check in at 12.30 pm. They also gave me room that far from lift. The pillow also hard and the toilet was inconvenience.

Hotel located in city centre, easy to park since they have own parking space. Room is comfort with budget price. WiFi strength is acceptable.
