my first time to visit Phnom Penh. I love it. the hotel is still in progress but the stay was good. had my friend to take me around the city. the workers are friendly. breakfast is mediocre but sufficient enough for me.

Phòng mát. Không gian trên tĩnh. Nội thất gỗ chất lượng. Nội thất phòng toilét cũ và không tương xứng với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao.
