地理位置优越。靠近机场和购物中心。我只是希望他们在健身区能增加更多设备和器械。

Very accommodating staffs. Clean place. Good location. Delicious food specially the pizzas. We're even allowed to check in ahead of check in time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Loved it that room service is up to the wee hours in the morning. If you checked in due to a late flight, you can still enjoy a hot well-prepared meal. Food was delicious! The room service food prices are very reasonable too. Room was very spacious. We loved the cafe on the 2nd floor. If you don't want to spend on the buffet breakfast, you can eat tasty meals at the cafe.

Check in and check out time is fast, the staff is really helpful for your concern, the only problem is we have request for higher floor but can't get it, but it's not a problem. The hotel location is strategic, so close with the sm arena and lots of convenience store nearby, overall we have a great stay here.

The best hotel in the Philippines in my opinion.

We were upgraded to deluxe which was such a pleasant gesture. My kids enjoyed the pool. We had a very comfortable sleep, room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room service was super affordable and food tasted great. They also have free parking. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Only the lobby area was a bit warm but nothing intolerable. This is definitely on my list of hotels I'd go back to.

This accommodation is perfect for me. For family staycation near the Mall of Asia. Staff are very accommodating. We will surely come back here.

Golden Phoenix Hotel in Manila has comfortable rooms, good amenities, and attentive service. Some areas for improvement in terms of dining options and room minor maintenance issues.

I don't like the breakfast withc consists mostly of fried, oily foodS. I occupied room 4008 & I wasn't able to sleep well. At night because I hear somebody (eerie₱ dragging heavy tables at nigttime and daytime. Elevator doesn't go directly downwards to the receptionist floor. A senior citizen will hac difficulty bringing down luggage to the second floor and escalator.

Did not mention that the pool is under maintenance. Main reason I booked yhis hotel is because they have pool for the kids. My kids was disappointed and sad.

A nice and pleasant stay in manila, room hotel is big and spacious, complete amenities and in strategic area.

Room were upgraded from King Size to Queen Size bed which is OK. However, the AC of the room we stayed a is not getting cold. So we kept the door of the room open so that the cold air from the living rooms gets in. There are no toothbrush and sanity packs available. TV is old. No streaming applications. Overall, out stay is uneventful.

Deposit money too High P3000. Please think 2x to book this hotel. Wall of shower room and breakfast menu very not showing this hotel is 4 star hotel. Hot Water not running well. Not recomended.

The hotel is clean, the service was very good, the officer all friendly. I'm very satisfied and happy with my stay. They upgrade my room. Thankyou.

Just don't arrive early, they don't allow early check in and charge way too much.

This hotel is 👍 big spacious big room very accomodating staff. Very near to sm moa walking distance and free parking!

The staff is accommodating and nice and the hotel itself is worth it, everything you needed is in the room.
