Staf ramah, saya datang jam 12 kamar sudah siap.

The front office is just plain rude. When we just arrived, no greetings at all. The supervisor instead only ask us: 'under what name?' Absolutely no manner at all. They also testing fire alarm without letting us know. We're panic and ran to the lobby. Only told us that they were performing fire alarm test. No apology whatsoever. I will never ever stay in this hotel anymore!!
