I came here in winter, which is -4°C degree, and there is no heater. You only got 1 thick blanket. Just imagine how cold you have to face when you have to sleep with the weather like that. So cold, I did have to wear 4 layers when sleeping. The room is tiny, but cannot expect too much with that price. The toilet is not in the room, but the room is still too stinky. I had to open all the doors to let the smell disappear, but it will come back when you close the doors. It definitely not good but not worst at all. If you are on a budget, then this is one of your choices.

The hotel is located on Hongdae Road, very crowded and fun. Just step out of the hotel door, you feel like stepping into a big shopping and entertainment area of ​​Seoul. We have 4 people from Vietnam (2 males and 2 females). We rent 1 room with 4 bunk beds. In fact, we only use 2 beds because we sleep together (big bed). Bathrooms and toilets are very clean and well-equipped as well as shampoo, shower gel, face lotion, sunscreen, insect bite cream, lotion etc. After using towel, you just put it in the basket and someone will clean it up. Every time you need a new towel, you go to the drying area to get a new towel, as well as new blankets and mattresses. The dining room is very clean and handy, you can buy cooking stuff (you get free breakfast). In particular, the owner wear glasses, very handsome and always support you when needed. I will introduce my friends here to Seoul.

The room and facilities are good. The reception oppa is very friendly and helpful too. Do take note that this guest house is located at 3rd & 4th floor without lift so you need to lift your luggage(s) all the way up. If you don’t have heavy luggage this is a very good guest house in Sangsu area.
