Es un hotel maravilloso, los compañeros del hotel son simpáticos, la habitación es muy limpio, el perfume del hotel es muy bueno, y está en una zona muy tranquila y bonita, está cerca de la iglesia de Sevilla y la casa Alcázar. 非常适合游客居住，服务员都很热情，房间很干净，酒店还带有浓烈的西班牙南部风情，地理位置离各种热门景点也都很近，区域很安全。

There are different kinds of insects in the hotel room, ants are mostly seen. There is no supplement of shower gel or shampoo after first night of stay. I really can’t understand how this hotel is rated as 4 stars. I think all other tourists may try other hotels in this district.

All the staffs are very kindly and heplful. The room is pretty, clean and very comfortable. Just located in the centre of Seville and easy to reach Catedral de Santa María and Alcázar de Sevilla.

Friendly staff, good location, safe, you can walk in the midnight and feel very safe. Free bottle of red/white offered once check in. Definitely will pick this hotel in Sevilla.

I was given Room 19, which on entering had a very damp smell. The beds were damp, the heater did not work and the wall was covered in black mould. How the staff had not realised the smell and mould is not possible. I asked to change rooms which was handled well by Cristina although I was offered no apology or compensation for the mouldy room. The new room was okay but I was given twin single beds again and no key card until the following day. Breakfast was limited and there was not enough tables, no staff came to help so I went elsewhere. There was also no water provided in rooms. Overall this was not a 4 star hotel, and I would not recommend for a trip to Seville.

Great location - close to Cathedral. The hotel is lovely, with two floors over a court yard area. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent 3 night stay.

This hotel is very charming and on the smaller side which is nice. the location is very central to restaurants and shopping and attractions. The best part was that it was very quiet. The only negative was that the rooms are dark and there are not a lot of places to sit on the patio since many guests would park themselves there for hours to enjoy the sun and pool. I would stay there again.

The property and personnel we exceptional. We walked to every place from the hotel and were made very comfortable during our stay.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It is very well located walking distance to pretty much everything. Room was well appointed and comfortable. The Cleaner is excellent. There is a very nice ambience all around created by lovely spaces, antiques, artwork and greenery. The receptionist staff were just lovely, especially the wonderful Maite who was charming and helpful and a delight.

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town in reach of all the attractions. Staff were friendly. Open areas were lovely, the only criticism is that the breakfast area was not large enough, they could easily use another courtyard to solve the issue

Hermoso hotel, muy buena ubicación

We arrived home today after a 3 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It is a typical, traditional Spanish building with great decor/artefacts to match. The rooms are adequate, very clean and comfortable, ours had very high ceilings and a little courtyard. The roof top terrace is a great place to chill after a busy day sightseeing, we even used the pool after 10pm, the hotel was very relaxed as long as we didnt make too much noise. The breakfast was excellent and fresh with lots of options (Im a vegetarian). The best thing was the staff, every single person we spoke to was so helpful and friendly, they even packed us a packed lunch for our early morning flight! We booked a car service via the hotel to and from the airport which was professional and clean (only 20 mins ride from Seville airport). The hotel is minutes from many tourist attractions like the cathedral, bull ring, but far enough that you dont hear any noice apart from the odd parakeet. If you are thinking of visiting Seville this place is a must.
