I love this hotel. First of all, the staff are the nicest and made our stay so comfortable and at ease. They help coordinate everything, and provided us the utmost service. The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel.

Great experience at this hotel. Great central location. Breakfast the best we have had during travels inc the choice. Pool was a very welcome addition at the end of a hot day exploring Granada.

No complaints. This hotel is right in downtown Granada, everything is accessible by walking or by taking a taxi which you can get right outside of the hotel. We were able to walk to the park and get a tour guide to do the inlets cheaper than what we would if we booked through the hotel or any third-party site. I definitely recommend going that route. We were also able to walk to all of the area restaurants and most of them were really great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a nice clean pool so if you have kids that is a bonus. Housekeeping came every single day to clean the rooms and the hotel overall was extremely well kept clean.

Gracious old Spanish Colonial hotel right across from the Merced Church. Rooms very large but dark and virtually no drawers or storage so we had to live out of our suitcases for 5 nights. Lovely cafe where we had breakfast most mornings and several lunches and coffee drinks…food very good. Staff polite and helpful. Lovely pool area but pool very chilly. No elevator and second floor is a good climb so anyone with mobility issues should request a room on the ground floor. Good location and overall a nice experience

It was Ok stay.

Our family loved this hotel for its colonial charm, walkability to the center of town and to various restaurants and coffee shops. There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Great laundry service. The room was a nice respite from the heat and with good air conditioning. If you want to see the lively local market, there are a number of vendors only a block down where the locals shop.

Just simply amazing! Beautiful hotel with amazing service. The area is very central close to shopping and dining. We were able to experience the authentic Granada feel and walk day and night . We loved it !

Booked it minutes before arrival. Reception and booking was fast and easy Room was gorgeous and view was fantastic. Breakfast was included and was delicious.
