Good customer service. Clean facility. Liked our stay

I always stay at the this hotel when I travel home. It's clean, with friendly staff.

Property is pretty close to dinning & shopping places. Its pretty close to everything. I like the availability of microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Staff were kind. Place was nice. AC did not cool room well.

Front desk staff was really nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was decent. The tv system is a bit dated and was annoying, but would never not stay somewhere because of that.

Everything was great except for the tattered, dingy towels. They could use some updating.

Good location and clean .

Stayed for the weekend to go skiing. Hot tub was broken, but everything else was fine. Great Steakhouse is across the street. Close to other stores and amenities.

This property no longer has the hot tub shown in the pictures and that is why we picked it

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was in top tier of contemporary motels.

It was nice.

Advertised hot tub which is why we went. Got a message at 3:15 the day of check in that hot tub was no longer there. Room had exposed electrical and no smoke alarm. Remote did not work the best.

This is a nice spot to stay. The rooms are large and the staff are responsive.

everything washes perfect

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times recently. Each time I've found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be quite responsive to my queries/requests. I would stay here again in the future when traveling to the Portage/Dells area.

Was very wekl

The property and rooms were quite dated and were in need of repair. The hot tub was broken with no estimate when it would be fixed. The television in my room wasn't working correctly. Maid service did not occur for the four nights I stayed. Carpet in the hallways were stained and dirty. I will not be staying there again!

The steaks next door were fantastic.

The hotel is fine for a place to sleep. The shower design makes it hard to keep water contained, and it's clear this is a problem. It's also a bit weird to have the coffee maker in the bathroom. The beds were good, and the room felt clean. Expectations weren't all that high, but breakfast was actually better than I figured it'd be. Check-in and out was easy. In short, I would stay again, but only if the price was cheaper. I picked this higher priced hotel thinking it would be nicer than other nearby ones, so I might try a cheaper place which would probably be similar next time.
